I listed the service and food as poor because those were my only options, but those arent really the issues. This may have been a great place a couple of years ago, but its definitely lacking today. The staff is great, very nice. The problem seems to be the management. They stopped brewing decaf over a year ago..Ive never even heard of that happening at any other coffee shop. I know its coffee, but there are actually people who drink decaf. They used to offer to do a pour over, but now they dont even do that. Unfortunately, they are also frequently out of the decaf espresso beans, so you cant even purchase that. Same story with the food...regardless of what time you arrive. Certain sandwiches, like the tomato mozzarella or the chicken sausage breakfast wrap are always out. At first I thought they werent restocking inventory because they were going to close. I like having a Starbucks close to my house, but Ill just wait and go to the one close to my job. They have everything that is advertised on the menu.

Amazing customer service from Joe. Came in to see my wife while she was working. Not to sound like a meat head, but came from my workout straight here due to time circumstances. Wanted to just get something with milk for my post workout drink. Joe offered many choices that would work well and then said it was free because I did not include coffee. Thanks again Joe#

Always a good place for a mocha day or night. Pretty consistent on order accuracy. Food choices change regularly so its nice to try new things every so often. Ordering from app for delayed pickup has been a disaster so far. 7 min estimated times for pickup has been 25 min waiting. Odd.

Starbucks is pretty universal as far as the coffee goes - its always good. Ive never seen the facility dirty. Whats exceptional about this particular starbucks is the staff. They are always incredibly friendly and courteous. That goes a long way in my book.

Always a great experience! The staff is always friendly and make things right if you get the wrong order or end up waiting "too long" which to them isnt really that long to me. I love sitting outside and enjoying a coffee when the weather is nice.

Still contend this is the best Starbucks in the country. Guarantee in the Kansas City metro, but given the great service, excellent beverages and smiles here Im pretty sure you cant beat it anywhere.
