Aaron wasnt able to fix my water damaged phone but he was a really nice guy. He had exhausted every idea he could think of and even tried replacing a few pieces in my phone. There were moments of success but they were short-lived. He didnt charge me anything, and even referred me to another guy who he thinks can do a better job and have more luck. It was an interesting experience. I ended up going to another place I found on yelp, they couldnt fix my phone either, but they still charged me $25 with man.

Wow. I spoke with the guy over the phone and described my problem. He said it would be a certain price -- at most. I went in, he fixed it and charged me $10.00 less than his estimate! The only downside was the wait time, but that may be because I went there late Friday afternoon and there was a line. Even so, the repair was done on the spot. It was worth the wait. The service was friendly, professional and cheap. Who could ask for anything more?

I was helping a friend find a phone with specific capability in a specific price range, and Jeff at Wireless Phone Booth was awesome. He didnt try to up-sell us, he didnt try to rush us (it was busy), but instead was kind, patient and very helpful in coming up with the best solution. If youre looking for a new phone or new used phone, you should definitely stop here. Its 1000x better than one of the chain phone stores, I promise!

I was very impressed with the quality of the service I received at this business! They charged a bargain amount to run a full diagnostic of my phone to determine the issue, and carefully went over my options moving forward, which included reaching out to the manufacturer. I felt like they had my best interest in mind and werent looking to line their pockets. Highly recommended!

If your having cell phone problems . I highly recommend jeff. He has a very nice place set up. Hes friendly and his prices are fair. I bought a used android Eris phone from a pawn shop. When I got home the touch screen fell out of it. Jeff had it up and running within a half hour. And I was very happy with what he charged me. So drop in and tell Jeff that Spider sent you.

I drove in to the store from Buckeye and arrived about 20 minutes before closing. They were definitely busy but the owner was incredible, he quickly paid me a very fair price for my iPhone. Im going back tomorrow to sell my 5S that I just recently set aside to upgrade another line on my Verizon account. Worth the drive and worth the wait. Thanks!

The wait can be a killer sometimes. However the customer service is good, knowledgeable, easy going and the rates are actually reasonable for the work provided. Overall you cant beat them. Just plan on taking a seat for a bit while someone else is getting helped ahead of you. :-)

This place is awesome!!! The go to guy is Jeff ! He can help you figure and fix any problem you have. But please be patient he is only one man working with many. Its worth the wait. Way cheaper and more reasonable than any other phone store. You wont be disappointed!!!

I had a water damaged iPhone 6s, took it to jeff, charged me $25 and he fixed my phone. He didnt even change my screen or anything and left it like brand new. Super awesome place and I will definitely go when in need, 110% recommended.

My phone was stolen from my car. I found it through Find My Phone App in this store. I locked it through Apple and displayed a message saying it was stolen. The store had a stolen phone. I wouldnt recommend you do business with them.

Dont waste your time going here. No customer service skills. Stood for 45 mins without any acknowledgment. Go somewhere else like Wireless Toys. They were amazing.
