I bought unlocked smart phone from them since I was going outside US for a vocation. Five months later, immediately afer I updated the software, phone showed: .unfortunately phone stopped and since then I have not been able to send or receive any calls. I called Samsung as the man in the store told me there is one year Samsung warranty on the phone. But after more than five calls, they told me the phone IMEI number. is not registered in United States so they are not able to do anything. Seems he is ordering his phones online from China or wherever without telling buyers that they will not able to fix their phones in US .

Customer Service over the phone is very inappropriate. I called asking for a phone case and when they said, no... my response was "okay thank you" and she just hung up... very rude! Very poor customer service!
