Can i just say there is lack of customer service at this store, took an item back which it clearly stated i could and they had no idea what it was I asked for a receipt that i am leaving item and they said they would send through email. not helpful at all. They even called manager and he called back to rep stating just tell her to leave item and we will send receipt recvd through email, good thing i took pics of the item and warehouse still has yet to recv it , it states its being scanned

This store has the worst employees, they never open on time and even though theyre coming into work 30 minutes late they seem to be in no rush to open; taking their time smoking in the front then after they walk in they keep the doors locked until they feel ready to open leaving customers outside waiting, by 10:40 I had to go (they still hadnt opened) but theres no reason why I should have waited so long when store hours say 10am...

I have come to the store for over two years and every time I come in the service its better than the last time, I regret going to other T-Mobile stores, I get misinformed and missed treated it, I come back to this store and they fixed the issues and they always go the extra mile, Mr. Gilbert and Mr. Andre ( store Manager) always giving 100% customer service.

I got my problems fixed thanks to the rep named Phillip. He was sweet and patient, unlike the manager named Claudia. She was rude, disrespectful, and down right annoying. T-Mobile needs to re think who they place as management. But all in all, I was serviced quickly and left with no issues on my bill. Thank you, Phillip.

Did not help solve my issue with my phone saying "Emergency Calls only". Had the phone since December and a few days ago after I turned it in it started to say that. The sales associate (Stephanie) said "because its not a t-mobile phone we cant do anything" thank you for not going out of your way to help a customer.

The store has no selection, and the company is the first ive ever not made it a full term with before leaving. They lasted about 35 days and three or four months worth of charges in two months of anywhere else ive had cell service. its really quite stunning.

Worst customer service ever. Went it for a screen protector, paid for it and the "district" manager "Josh" would not allow for any one to put on my screen protector on my $800 1 week old s7. Never come here. Youll regret it
