I will never go to this location ever again never have i never been treated so poorly by a verizon rep me and my mom were asking questions about our account and rep said i need to guys to stop talking pretty much told us to shut up the rep didnt know what she was doing she told us it would pretty much be 500$ out the door we ask for reps name she refuse the rep even told hs sorry i cant work on your bill in less you make A payment which wouldve been fine if she was a so rude the way she asked about me and my mom go down to another Verizon store not only do we get the two Verizon phones we want but we get all the bells and whistles out the door for 136 two brand-new iPhone sixes with Otter boxs so because of this one rep i will be speaking to the supervisor and calling corporate this was unacceptable Ive been doing customer service for 12 years 29 years old so the better part of my life Ive been doing customer service what happened to me and my mom was unacceptable in the store and I will not stop until that represented it is fired I would never allow one of my reps to speak to a customer like that whether theyre in the right or wrong you do not speak to a customer this way

One Star for hostile customer service. I have been a loyal Verizon customer for decades. Bought a cell phoen for my 80-year-old mother in Sun City. Every time she needs any help with her phone she takes it to this store and then calls me in tears at their hostile and un-hlepful costomer service. I called and talked to "Nick" who admitted he was the last perosn to "help" my mother. What a piece or work this guy is. Likes to talk over the customer who pays the bills; does not want to listen. Gives me a BS song and dance about how they cannot give my Mom a refund for a cord they sold her that did nto let her download photos onto her computer. For my decades of loyal patronage with Verizon, my mpther has to wait FIVE WEEKs to get a refund for a USB cord she bought with cash. If you are looking for good cellular phone customer service in Sun City, try ATT or Sprint or anyone but this TCC Verizon store. Very, very disappointing experience trying to speak with Nick on the phone. No wonder each visit there leave mom in tears.

very poor customer service. Went in to compare and try out new phones. I said I was interested in an LG, and was told immediately not to get it, to get the samsung instead (the rep had a samsung lanyard). Makes me wonder about kickbacks! So I insisted on seeing one. Was brought over to the area and was shown on older version. They didnt have the new one to look at. Next I said Id look at the samsung. Well, they didnt have the one I wanted to look at on display either. I left and they came back to talk to the manager. I was told she was with a customer. So the rep walked over, interrupted the manager and customer and explained that I wanted to speak with her and went on to explain their version of everything. HaHa so much for not interrupting the customer... Ill take my business elsewhere!

Wonderful! Perfect customer service, engaging staff - if every experience was like this Id never complain about Verizon!! Rarely to you get to explain what you need and have a customer service person truly care. I needed a new phone for my fiance and I was given options for promotions and they even helped me find a store he could get to (being that hes out of town). I hadnt gotten any info on a customer appreciation deal thats currently going on, and for the first time in over ten years as a customer I was excited to have new toys and didnt even mind extending my service agreement. Mariah B. was excellent to work with and I recommend asking for her at the Bell Rd location

Excellent customer service, rarely seen! We live in FL and needed help with our portable wi-fi device while on a visit to Sun City last May, and Nicholas helped us with that and so much more. He noticed certain anomalies with our Verizon account and billing and helped to resolve them on the spot. Two months later he helped us again, via phone from Florida, with a $150 billing error by Verizon that arose after our visit there. He not only remembered us, but coordinated with Verizon and myself so see to it that they reversed the charges. Thank you Nick!

Mariah was such a great help! Not only did she assist me with getting everything I wanted, she did a great job at explaining everything and answering all my questions. She got me hooked up with all kinds of awesome accessories for my new phone and she was a lot of fun to talk to throughout the entire couple hour process; at no point was I bored or was there an awkward silence. I would highly recommend seeing the folks at TCC in Sun City, AZ and i would recommend even more asking for Mariahs help! Thank you so much Mariah, it was a pleasure!!

I was shocked. I was certain that true professionalism , knowledge and customer service was a thing of the past. That was before I met Matt. He was patient, kind, answered all my questions and went the extra mile to ensure I got the best plan and new phone for my husband. I even purchased an iPad which I was not planning on doing after Matt explained the great deal they were offering. He set everything up for both the iPad and phone for a seamless transition. I have been using verizon for several years but this time I have changed the store location to TCC verizon in Sun City. I must tell you that this srore is the best one yet. The staff here is extremely help full. I had Andrei for my services. He is awesome, knowledgeable. and extremely pleasant. He restored my faith and I will continue using him for my service.

This was the best Verizon store Ive ever been to. Andrei helped me out and did a great job. This young man was able to give me the best deal on a new phone in a short period of time. When you go in ask for Andrei, he is very personable and was definitely the best Verizon worker I have ever encountered!
