I just went to PetSmart yesterday to get more fish for my tropical aquarium. I bought four white fin tetras. I got the tetras used to my aquariums water temperature and then let them in the tank. After about 6 hours I noticed the fish looked a little banged up. About an hour later two of the fish died then the other two fish died a little while after. Now my other fish are starting to die off and the tetras that I had bought brought a disease to my tank. Do not buy fish from PetSmart.

I think my dog has fleas now and I believe she got them from petsmart when she got a bath from them I wont be going brining my dog to petsmart now before she got a bath from petsmart she did have them and now i think she does and Im very upset with petsmart Ill be giving her baths myself now she has the secrsto flea and tick collar and its worked until she got them and she didnt have them when I bought the flea and tick collar

This is a free standing building that is in the same shopping area near Shaws, Home Goods, Toys r Us, Dollar Tree, Pier 1, a Vitamin Shop, and more. It is in a great location..... the staff is friendly and the place is clean, well stocked and the prices are very good. The parking is great, the shopping carts arent broken and they push easily...you know what I mean.... I like shopping here regularly.

No live plants, no salt water, selection and health of fish seems to have gotten worse this winter / spring. On a positive note the staff is super helpful and knowledgeable. The staff does the best with what they have but they all seem to be over qualified for a mediocre big box store. It is a shame the mid-cape doesnt have a good place for aquarium hobbyist.

I got my very first guinea pig here, and not even a couple after I got him I noticed that he was sick. He has been sneezing a lot and has crust on his nose and eyes. Because of petsmart treating their animals so poorly I have to watch him suffer from an upper respiratory infection. Definitely not a good place to get animals from..

If you need it they have it. I mostly shop in the fish section. Great source of fresh water and tropical fish. No Salt water fish. They do have everything you need to setup and run a great freshwater tank.

Who doesnt like a pet store where you can bring you pets? Great selection, and friendly employees who are more than happy to help. Some items can be a bit pricey though
