Zales at Willow Bend doesnt even deserve one star. I ordered my fiances wedding band 8 weeks ago. They still dont have it, and cant even tell me where it is or when we should expect it. I already have paid in FULL for the ring. I have called numerous times, and visited the store twice, each time asking for a status update. Every time I ask for more information (as I need to determine if I should buy a ring elsewhere or not, if the ring is going to be too late), they promise theyll find the tracking information and follow-up with me, but NEVER do. Im getting married this week, and we still have no ring. Please, dont give this place your business. Its unbelievable how careless and unprofessional they are, even when they know it will negatively impact a major life event. *UPDATE* After my fiancé went to the store and asked again about his ring, the manager finally let us know the ring wouldnt be here on time for the wedding (after multiple promises that wed definitely have the ring on time). This was 6 days before the wedding. Absolute nightmare!
