I went to Old Town Jewelers to support a local small business in Old Town Lewisville. Im SO disappointed with their quality of work and customer service. I had two sterling silver necklaces to repair and two watches that needed batteries. When i picked up the pieces I noticed they were all tarnished. One of the watches had corrosion that wasnt there before and the clock face had condensation in it and was foggy. One of the necklaces needed a new clasp. That new piece was dark and corroded. All the pieces were cold and damp like they were sitting under an air conditioner for an extended period of time. One the necklaces wasnt repaired correctly and I pointed that out. They fixed it but I cant help but wonder how did they not notice it when making the repair. When i dropped off the watch there was no fog in the face of the watch and now there is. His response .. That is condensation. Yeah ya guess! I will never go to this place of business and recommend anyone else to look else where. I wasnt rude just pointed out the issues with each piece. There were no apologies not even a Thank You for your business after spending $56.00 for subpar work.

I had some jewelry repaired here after i was referred by a friend of mine. My wifes ring seemed beyond repair, but i was told to go see jack. Im glad i did. He fixed the ring to where it looked brand new. My wife was happy and she couldnt believe it was the same ring. I highly recommend him.

I had my College Ring sized up here. I took it a couple places prior but they wouldnt touch it for whatever reason or wanted to send it out. Im very happy that they were able to do it here. They did a wonderful job and now theyre my go to jewelers.
