Ive frequent various pawn shops in my lifetime but none has left as much of memorable experiences as La Familia. Every single time I go into this establishment I am successfully helped by their very well- rounded and educated employees. I particularly enjoy the excellent customer that is provided at La Familia, something that is all too rare in South Florida. I cant see myself going to any other Pawn Shop anymore no matter how far I live from this location. Every mile is worth it and Im ever appreciative of all that they have done for me.

Came down Miami to vacation, decided I wanted a watch. So I look up pawn shops in the area, La Familia was rated one of the highest for obvious reasons. Went to their store and bought a Rolex, transaction was smooth, customer service was amazing and they really do sale quality products. I would recommend them to friends and family. And if I every find myself back in Miami I would coming back for my business

Every time I am in need of cash or shopping for a good deal I stop by The Familia Pawn and Jewelry located on 79 st and NW 17th AVE. Everyone there is helpful and knowledgeable. They are attentive to your needs and request. If tough times arrive that is my first location to seek help. The store manager Jose Guerrero is always there to help and serve with a smile!!!

After visiting and purchasing a go pro, I would say that this is a very nice place to visit. I am a big fan of Pawn Stores and that is how I came to know this place. Nice environment. Nice employees. I dealt with Jose Guerreo, real nice guy. :) give him a bonus! Haha. But yeah. Loved it and I recommend La familia Pawnshop to everyone ! Enjoy!

PAWN MY ITEM FOR 100 DOLLARS AND THEY SAY NEED TO PAY 20 DOLLARS EVERY 22 THE MONTH WENT THERE TO GET MY ITEM MISS ONE DAY BUT WENT THERE EARLY AND I WAS TO PAY 20 DOLLARS PLUS 120 IN ALL I PAY 140 I WAS JUST ONE DAY LATE THIS PAWN SHOP SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS THEY STEAL MONEY EVEN FROM THE POOR

Drove 45 minutes to buy a "brand new" table saw from craigslist ad. Saw was used, covered in grease and saw dust, missing the fence, pawls, and push stick. Bad experience and totally avoidable if they would have opened the box and verified its contents before listing it online.

Amazing prices! Great customer service! Im never buying things at the store again - they have blue rays (Disney included) music equipment, watches, high-end pens, educational childrens toys, the list goes on. Worth the drive from Kendall.
