Miller Toyota of Anaheim - I absolutely love the staff here! Armando Arce, who was then a sales associate at the time, expressed a genuine interest in what I was looking for in a car. This definitely set the tone for me and has only gotten better since. I feel anyone could have made small talk, picked up on cues, and then charismatically recommended a car, but Armando appeared to digest everything I was saying, whether car related or not, and work with me in figuring out which car would be best according to my needs and personality. This helped me pick out a car that worked out so well for me over the years all because he seemed to want the best for me. He is now a sales manager at that location and always makes time for me whenever I come to get my car maintenanced to chat and update each other on our lives. Congrats, Armando! After I had gotten my car maintenanced from the advisor Alfredo Vergara once, I ALWAYS ask for Alfredo Vergara when Im about to come in again. Always. I mean, this. guy. He is extremely down to earth and personable that I feel like Ive come to visit a family member to take care of my car. When he explains things to me about costs and the work that needs to be done, he doesnt sugarcoat his words but also doesnt make me feel hopeless. If there is anything he can do, he takes the extra step to make sure it gets done for me and done right, so I leave feeling confident that my car and money is in good hands. Alfredo is such a genuine guy and an incredible individual! I recently went back to lease a new car and the sales associate Alex Efrain Cervantes helped me pick out a new car. He was super friendly but also super knowledgeable about the cars we were looking into. When we looked at a car, he explained in such great detail of all the features that it made selecting a car extremely simple, quick, and painless. And after I had gotten the car, he has followed up with me to see how I was doing and even comes over to chat with me whenever he sees that I have visited for a car service. I am so thankful because I get to share all the good news and check in with concerns without having to reach out first. What an amazing experience! I reside in Los Angeles but the staff at this location welcome me with warm and open arms every single time that I cant imagine taking my business anywhere else. Even the guys assisting where the cars pull in for appointments are always greeting me with a smile. One staff member.. I always forget his name... it might be Roger because I think I heard someone call him Roger (Ill have to find that out and update my post).. always waves and greets me whenever I come in for my car services and asks how Im doing. Even though theyre usually really busy, the staff here never fail to make me feel like a VIP member. Ive visited other Toyota locations but the staff at Miller Toyota is by far my most favorite!

Never. Never. Never. Do not even think about this place (unless you want to use them to get free snacks and drinks, etc. in return for their unacceptable service.) Called Toyota Miller and spoke to a dealer who had serviced us before. We asked about a deal we saw in an ad on the newspaper for their Prius and the person told us the price it would be. We went the next day in the afternoon because that was the last day to get the deal and once again, the dealer told us we would get that price that she told us on the phone, and we would have the same offers as the last time we came here, which was great. We had to leave but we came back that night to get the paperwork done, and SUDDENLY we were told all this crap about how we CANT get that price she promised us. We CANT get the deal that was PROMISED us. We couldnt get anything at all. And they would actually CHARGE US EXTRA! For all this crap they NEVER MENTIONED before ever! Of course, its not like we didnt do ask any questions on the phone. We definitely did our research. Theyre just a bunch of liars making up their prices and charges. Manager named Miguel (was told by a worker he is actually the assistant manager, but his tag said Sales Manager not assistant) came to talk to us but was nothing but rude and belittled us. Kept talking to us in a condescending manner asking us, "But if we do give you this price, who will pay for this? Who? Who? Who? Who? Who will pay for this?" Im not even exaggerating about the number of times he kept asking. Just kept interrupting us asking, "Who will pay for this?" Both the dealer and Miguel lied to us about the value of our current car and kept saying it wasnt worth it for Toyota to get the car. We found out later when we asked someone else (a professional that was not working in Toyota Miller of course) that it was actually worth much more than they said. This place is truly the worst. EVERY TIME the dealer or the manager came back to talk to us, they gave us NEW NUMBERS. NEW PRICES, NEW CHARGES, NEW FEES, NEW EXCUSES to lie to us. Theyre nothing but a bunch of liars that didnt even care when we walked out on them. Did not respect us at all, especially Miguel. Wasted our time. Also, If they ever tell you that they have to charge you for going over the mileage, they are lying! They can waive it, and you should not have to pay for it at all. If they dare lie to you about this, leave! And look at how they reply to the one star critiques on Yelp! "We are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience of your used-car experience. We truly want you to enjoy your vehicle and the services we provide. If there is anything we can do to ensure you of this, please let us know." Theyre not even reading their reviews! They dont even care about your problems. Never give this place a chance. Horrible.

(Part. 1) For my first visit here, I thought this dealer would be better than the one in Orange (which had me wait an entire day for only an oil change and gave me a long list of overpriced needed repairs, many of which I didnt really need). Its closest to my home, everyone is friendly, and the waiting area is quite nice. However, in my two most recent service visits to have my Prius fixed, Ive had very frustrating experiences. The first time I went here to get my Prius serviced for an oil change and to re-diagnose an issue with my car that the Toyota of Orange had identified as a leak of some sort. Just to be sure, Toyota of Anaheim did their own inspection of the car rather than take another dealers word for it. I thought that was very professional, and I appreciated their effort - I was glad they did that. They also offered me a lower price than that of the Orange dealer (I came to find out later that I was actually offered a higher price than usual, and was discounted for the mistake during my second visit). At this point, Im very satisfied with my visit, and they are just taking my car in now to fix the leak and to change my oil. The advisor who was taking care of my matters tells me that it will only be a maximum of two hours, so I decide that its not worth it to ask for a shuttle home. About halfway through my wait, my advisor informs me that there are other issues with my car. I tell him I dont have enough money at the moment, and that I will be back another time to have them fixed. He reassures me that my car will be done soon. Another two hours goes by. Im curious about where my car is, so I look for my advisor, but cant find him so I look for another person for help. They also wonder why my car is taking so long. I wait in the waiting room while he finds my original advisor and car. Another hour passes. I wonder if they have the wrong phone number and have been trying to call me to let me know if my car is ready. Finally, Im approached, and the first thing the man says to me is, "Why are you so nice?" I was a little confused and asked what he meant. He told me that my car had been ready, its just that no one notified me. Ive been here at this point for nearly 6 hours, but I decide to let it slide because it was the weekend, and I figured they were just really busy and unorganized, and there was nothing really I could do. I smile, and they gave me 2 free-ish movie tickets and apologize. After this, I decide that Ill come back one more time to make up for this service appointment.
