I have to say, they do everything to keep me as a happy customer; The other day I went with my girlfriend and there was a vendor from one of the skin care lines. Not only did he talk me out of buying what I came in for, he stupidly made insulting remarks regarding my girlfriends complexion; and she understandably felt really bad about herself. So, this didnt sit right, and next day I went back to inform the store manager. She offered her sincere apologies, and set me up with a generous goody bag to take to my friend, as well as one for myself! Thank you for that ~ apology accepted PS Insensitive dim wit from NUDE, you know who you are!

My local Sephora in Pasadena is awesome, the people there are nice and friendly, I go there so much they know me by name. This place on the other hand, yuck!! Oblivious staff with bad attitudes when you ask for assistance. The cashier even gave me a hard time when exchanging a product for a different color, not usually a problem at all. I will go to another branch whenever possible!!!

Love this place! Everyone is so helpful! We went there looking for a specific product "Alchemist Holographic Palette" by Kat Von D, one of the associates went out of her way to find it, lucky for us, there was one last one. Each time we come here, the customer service is above and beyond all expectations. Absolutely our favorite Sephora location! Kudos to management!

This was my second time I had a bad experience with this location, but only one person was horrible, the manager name Jane. She was so rude to me. I will not go back to that location if I see that person again. I will walk away and just go to Macys or Nordstrom instead .

I was there yesterday for about 15 minutes, looked around, sales reps walked by and said hi but no one offered help or asked me what I was looking for. I still bought a couple of things, but could have bought more if someone had assisted me.

Awful. Wanted to go to look around for some makeup. And ended up being assumed as if I were going to steal something. Two staff employees are complete stereotypical bitches. That need to clean up their act.

There are two Sephora stores in the mall. A larger one on the first floor to the left of Nordstrom and a smaller one upstairs inside the JC Penny.
