This is my thing this is not the first time, but the second time they have gave me the wrong parts. I give you one stars, Id rather give you a half of star. Yes its been more than 30 days but you should give a paying Customer somerhing back for your negleance. Thats ok i live and learn. So from now on im doing auto zone and rock auto. Rock auto is cheaper than all of the parts stores out here. Rock auto takes my parts back regardless of 30 day policy or not

John at the store give me the right part every time hes has patience when somebody dont give him the right name of the part he does work with you to understand what you are talking about without the part in front of him he doesnt have a fit like some people do

Front desk people are very nice and friendly, person i had was Rob and they didnt have what i needed but he still made sure my needs got met even though he had to make a few calls around. Will continue to shop with them when i need parts for my car.

They have people behind the counter that actually know something about cars. Sometimes the prices are lower sometimes theyre a hair higher, but these guys have the highest likelihood of having what you need in stock.

Place is ghetto as hell. Workers either too stupid or incompetant to answer simple questions over phone and will often stall in order to not deal with customers. Why do these people get hired?
