Okay.. I am an 18 year old girl who just started driving. So as you can guess, I dont know much about cars. I went there to get my license plate lights replaced on my subaru because I couldnt get the light covers unscrewed and everyone in my family tried too. I was told they would help me put them of if I bought them. I went to the one on Kent road and a lady working told me they wouldnt help me with that. so I went to the Grahamroad location and an older man was trying to help me but it started to SPRINKLE a little bit so he didnt want too.. He wanted to keep dry instead of going out of his way for me. Still sold me the bulbs though. Make of this as you wish but I thought that was pretty selfish. SPRINKLING. He wouldnt have been shocked or anything electrically. Just didnt want to get wet. Lol.

One of my headlights were out and it was nightime. Not wanting to get a ticket, I drove straight to AutoZone where Ed found the bulb I needed and spent 10 mins changing it out. Many thanks!!

Strike 2 ! needed a battery in my key fob. they wouldnt open it to see what battery it was or change it out. Oriellys I didnt need to ask! they did it right then. ditch this autozone

Had to have seen me struggling to put a bulb in my nightmare of a volvo. Were out sev times and did not offer to help. Forget about this place.
