They were absolutely terrible! They sold me a part that wasnt even for my car, even though they swore up and down it was. But when we took it home to put it on, it didnt fit because it was for the wrong year! Asked for them to exchange it and they said that it would be at my house in 2 to 3 days, 4 days later they finally tell me that they dont have the part, wont be getting it, and dont know where to find it. So why did you tell me that it was going to be at my house??? Terrible customer service for every worker there, they gave attitudes like we were an inconvience of their time by being there or calling. They said that they would call back with information and never would, hung up on me actually on two separate occassions and not to mention the last time I called I was bounced around to 4 different people and on hold for a total of just under 15 minutes to only find out that they had been lying about the fact that they had the part. TERRIBLE business. I will never go back and will never recommend any one there.

Needed a used auto part for a defective 2013 Hyundai Sonota which was for the electrical system connecting the radio, digital screen for blue tooth, horn & exterior lights . Nobody was able to find nor diagnose this issue for 2 years & I went to EagleAutoPartsOhio showed them this expecting the same old avoidance on andwering me & they looked at it when knowledge of this experience like A+ machanics which they didnt have to. When they rewired it like professionals like it was a standard process theyve dealt with 1000s of times I couldnt believe they fixed this issue within 15 minutes changing my life just because they understand the problem Ive been trying to have fixed unsuccessfully now for 2 years . I always go to eagle first when a part goes out on any car or truck Ive had. They know what theyre talking about and offer parts that work well passed their warranty. The quoted price is always the same in store and I find everyone to be really nice. Bruce is definitely my favorite. Theyre quick and honest. I got a great price for junking my truck one year and they hauled it away too with cash in hand. Really honest company. I hope they stay in Cleveland and expand.

Called for a window, said they would have it ready when I got there, because I live 40 minutes away & was running late, I called 15 mins before I got there to let them know I was coming & was told its ok they have it waiting... I arrived 5 mins before closing & there was no window & all of them acted like they didnt know what I was talking about. I will never bring my business here again!!

I was quoted 150 on a part. Then when I got there they was out of my part. So they looked around for the part and found it for over 100 more than the price they quoted me. Not only did he tell me not to worry he still gave me the part for the 150 he quoted and having it delivered to the shop. Great customer service! I will never shop anywhere else for my parts! DO NOT buy from this company online! we cannot stress this enough. Before you do, take a look at the review on Yahoo local, and run a check on them on the better business bureau, then youll see what we mean. They will rip you off! We have even started a blog on our forum for people like this. Again, do your reseach BEFORE you buy anything from this company, if you want to call them that.

My husband and I have been going to Eagle for quite a few years now, they are very honest unlike some of those other guys out there. They always seem to have exactly what we are looking for. My son got into an accident last year we had to completely total his car out, so we once again relied on Eagle to give us the most money for our junk car.

Told me $175 for a focus, then once the tow truck got there said $125 because the catalytic on the cad doesnt have platinum in it. Total lie, my friend whos a mechanic nearby said they got raided for hooking cars on the street at night and stealing them. So the owner is going to prison which is true.

Called based on their internet ad. Says running drive it in $500...the guy that answered the phone laughed because it was a 2008 crown victoria and said no its only for newer cars. Offered me $150 for it(everyone else giving $250 and they pick it up) Laughed at me again & hung up on me

Very reasonable! Ended up deciding to get another car instead of keep putting money into my Buick I didnt even have the receipt to bring in the transmission and they were totally fine with me bringing it back and giving me my money. Their awesome ask for Shawn hell hook you up

Ive always found a part I needed where Other Auto Salavage Yards doesnt didnt have I definitely suggest looking up Eagles First also Three years ago I Found parts for a Plymouth neon & I was satisfied with the parts & condition & price paid was reasonable

I purchased an engine from Eagle Auto Parts a month ago after the engine on my 2000 Toyota Corolla overheated and blew a head gasket. I have been very happy with this engine. It had low miles and runs great! I would buy from again.

Did not go for myself. Customer service great. Confusion about which side of street to go in and on a busy street near railroad tracks. Pricing is reasonable but always shop around for used parts first.

Seriously, whats wrong with this place. I asked for an estimate to junk my 2000 BMW and they say theyll take it for 200, REALLY 200, i can sell my rims alone for that much. Would never contact again

Ive went to "Eagle Auto Parts Ohio" & they had a transmission for a 1998 Dodge Ram which I couldnt find and they had it at the best price after searching everywhere. Thanks Eagle Auto Parts !
