When my family finished the yard sale that we had all worked very hard on, we decided to donate all the items not purchased to our neighborhood Goodwill. We borrowed a friend's 14 foot trailer and towed two trips worth of very nice furniture (from Bombay company, etc.) and other valuable things like Ann Taylor clothing to Goodwill. When we arrived with the second load, the manager came out of the donations center and threw a bag of our clothing all over the trailer to see what was inside. Then he said that his staff had informed him that we had brought several "unusable items" to donate before and that they had to discard these "items." The manager then proceeded to plunder through our donation searching for anything that would be of no use to Goodwill. When he was done, he found nothing that he would not take and said that he was sorry for the confusion. This was a very frustrating experience and I will no longer take ANY of my donations to this location. Not to mention, my father-in-law and I had to tak ALL of the items off of the trailer while four Goodwill employees just watched us unload and did not even offer to help. This was a very disappointing experience with the Kennesaw Goodwill and my family and I will not return to shop nor donate here again. It is sad when you try to give generously and your get treated with contempt for no reason.

Just moved to the area and have been to this location twice, first thing I noticed was the price was a little high when compared to other locations, rated one star because on the first visit there was an item not priced and the cashier refused to call a manager to price it, left my name and number for them to call me so i could come get it the next day and never heard anything, went back today and my total was 2.02, asked if they could spot me the 2 cents and they said No (understandable), then asked if I could run to the car to get it and she said no again....

I was excited to find an item that would normally cost around $6 normal retail. When I took it to the register, because it didnt have a price, they refused to sell it to me and said they could not have a price until the following day. I dont understand why a business would put zero effort into selling something.

Great selection, constantly running new merchandise out to the racks. The employees I interacted with were very helpful, and polite. They definitely have to work on the climate control of the building, at 3 PM in the spring/summer afternoon in Georgia you want to walk into a building with working air!

Gross! Not clean at all. Rang the button to try on dresses since Im preparing for my sons wedding and no one came over. Rang many times and there was other ladies waiting to try on as well. Very frustrating when you see workers who are not doing their job.

Its a great way to give items a second chance to be useful to dungeons roast when they were otherwise languishing away in your closet or garage. A receipt is provided so that your can claim these donated goods as deductibles on your taxes.

My experience with the Goodwill in Kennsaw and Hwy 92 in Woodstock has always been positive. Keep in mind Goodwill hires adults with special needs and if you need help with unloading your items, you may have to ask for assistance.

Almost too much stuff to look through. My family likes to find books here. The clothing is a little more expensive than Id like to pay for used stuff, especially the shirts. Sometimes there are interesting other finds.

Its clean. The staff members are friendly. Good pricing, but sometimes too high on some items. Just be mindful of that. Overall I have had many great finds from clothing to furniture.
