Michael Delongchamp is the owner of this small company and he sends a list of the cars that will be at an auction so that people can reply with their interests. I was referred to Michael and thought that I would get a great deal on an automobile without the hassle. Not only did I not get a good deal, but I experienced extreme unprofessionalism, degrading words from Michael and overall customer disservice. Throughout the process I was always extremely nice to Michael, he seemed nice at first as well. There were a few problems, such as him being unresponsive to some emails and seemingly inpatient and rude when I spoke to him over the phone with inquiries. Despite this I continued to communicate with him, I finally found a car that I liked and was surprised that it was nothing of a deal, because I was ready to be done with the car searching process I still considered purchasing it. I knew I could not purchase anything from him after he became irate after I asked him about the price since I felt it had been misquoted to a family member who had spoke to him about it. He spoke to me in an extremely demeaning tone and told me that I was a waste of his time. After all I had endured from him prior this was the end of the line and I will never do business with him. The car was no deal and I could have gotten it from the dealer at the same price, but even if it had of been a deal I would rather have paid thousands more to avoid having to deal with someone as unprofessional and uncouth as Michael Delongchamp. Maybe it was my age, gender, race or ethnicity but for some reason it just seemed as though Michael did not want my business. I own a business myself and would never treat or speak to a person as though they were less than human, the way Michael treated me.

I bought my first car from Mike DeLongchamp over 10 years ago, and have been a loyal customer ever since. Along the way, Ive referred family and friends to him, and everyone is a happily-returning customer. Even if the customer isnt local, MAG will still give you attentive and informative service, and offers great flexibility regarding options. Ive seen customers as far as DC and Pennsylvania order cars from Mike, and that is because he is a Pro at what he does. You can rest assured, that Mike and his crew will work hard until the perfect car for you is found. And if 5 years later, something on the car breaks, Mike will gladly offer his expertise, and then refer you to the right place, that wont rip you off like so many other mechanics. After buying a car here, you will feel and be treated as family, and can be sure that you wont ever be left hanging. Thanks for all the hard work over the years!

A friend of mine, who had used the service, recommended Mike to me and overall I am happy with my purchase. However, the car arrived missing a headrest and I was told that it went missing in the transfer between the auction location and receipt of the vehicle by Mike. In the SEVEN months it took to get a replacement I initiated every call to them about this and at one point they got a headrest in and sent it via USPS, only to have it lost somewhere along the way and no way to retrieve it since neither tracking or insurance were placed on the shipment. This pointed lack of customer focus/service is the reason I am not planning on using them again.

Mike was recommended by a close friend. Cannot believe how simple this was. Cars were rated from 1 to 5, with 5 being perfect condition. Told him what we were looking for and he sent list of the cars coming up for auction. We selected the one we were interested in, 2015 Prius V rated 4.8. When car arrived, only thing we could find wrong was a minute scratch almost invisible and the car manual was missing, but car is like new with only 10,800 miles on it. Could not be more pleased. Easy enough to get new manual.

As the previous review stated, Michael sends you a list of cars and you let him know what interest you. He will then use his expertise and let you know the condition of it and whether you want to proceed in trying to procure it. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and patient with me. We got an excellent vehicle way below the price of dealers and private sellers. Some of my friends also use him, and we all say that we will continue to buy all our cars from Mike.

I have purchased two vehicles for two of my kids from MAG over the past two years. Mike is knowledgable, easy to work with and very responsive to situations/limits regarding auction direction. I have saved several thousand dollars when comparing the value of the purchases with KBB or other valuators.
