I bought a vehicle from Chuck and his crew. One of the things I enjoyed about the experience is the majority of the work was taken care of prior to my arrival. Once I was there, I took the test drive, completed the paperwork, and it was done, about 1.5 hours. I drove the vehicle for a few days and all of a sudden it shuts down and I cant get it started. I called Chuck who came to my residence to try and figure it out, but he couldnt. Chuck then had the vehicle towed and worked tirelessly for 3 days trying to figure out the problem. Turns out the manufacturer had something to do with the problem as a result of a recall for a part they were having trouble with. Long story short, when you buy a car from Chuck, hes in it for the long haul with you. Some dealers say that, but I learned first hand that chuck absolutely means it. If you are planning on buying a vehicle soon or are even just contemplating it, please give Chuck a call at Indy Luxury Auto, you will not be disappointed!!!!

I recently bought a beautiful white SUV from the guys at Indy Luxury Auto. Not only am I happy with my purchase but the entire process was enjoyable. From the first smile and handshake offered by all employees to the patience with test drives to the guidance towards the perfect vehicle for me. They even offered to stay open late so as to accommodate my husbands work schedule. Thats not something you see often anymore. We were so happy with our purchase that a few weeks later I sent my brother over there to find a truck. They didnt have exactly what he was looking for so they said "give us a few days, we will find it" and they did! Originally wasnt planning on buying a car from here but i couldnt find what i was wanting anywhere else. I contacted Nadeem told him mileage model and make and within a few hours had options and great customer service to go along with it.
