Couldnt have come into contact with more rude people in my entire life. Never in the 10 years that Ive lived here have I had worse customer service. I was looking to pawn my Movado watch - when I walked in I was greeted and asked where I could speak to someone regarding watches. Once I walked up to the counter, I handed over my watch and ID. He gives it back to me with a simple "No." ....No explanation why. So, a little confused, I asked why they wouldnt accept a $1K watch and man who was standing next to him shouted (yes shouted) "BECAUSE WE DONT TAKE THEM!!!" Of course I was taken aback - my own father doesnt scream at me like that. So I mentioned calmly that he didnt have to raise his voice, that I was merely asking a question. Again, he shouted at me, "AND IM ANSWERING IT!!!" Its not a big deal, just wanted to give my two cents on how rudely I was treated this morning and Ill gladly take my business elsewhere.

I go here whenever Im in a tight situation. I get more than enough money for the items I bring. Movies and games are worthless if you bring 2 and 3 at a time. So bring something of value, quality, and quantity if you expect some serious cash.The staff is VERY understanding and cool. Ive been going to them for the past 6 years and each time I get exactly what I want. No problems with this pawn shop at all!! If you have an issue with them, most likely your the problem! Keep up the great work guys!

Man went in with 3 movies new condition and 2 xoxo games unscratchehed and they only gave me $5.00 and for any jewelry stainless steel they wont take it not even sliver they said it aint worth noting smh this place is so bad for business and worthless
