I was treated extremely poorly, by Sales Person #722084, at the Avenue location, on 2/14/2016. I walked in to have my ring inspected and cleaned. The lady walked to the cleaning machine, ran the machine, and then returned to me stating that i had a diamond missing. I was beyond upset. I walked in the store, with a perfect ring. It was at the 2nd inspection, the one year mark. I had just had the ring sized down, 4 months prior. I was in shock. The associate continuously stated that she, in fact, noticed the diamond missing upon me handing her the ring. I was in more shock. I repeated to this associate, that my ring was in excellent condition, prior to her inserting the ring into the cleaning machine. I was also CONFUSED as to why in the world, she would put my ring in the machine if she had already noticed a diamond mission. The associate then took the time, instead of consoling me, she asked, "Is it really that big of a deal that you wont have your ring for 3 weeks". I wanted to cry. She ruined my ring, then made me feel like i walked in with it like this, AND THEN questioned my reasoning for being so upset. - I will NEVER return to this place, after i pick-up my ruined engagement ring. She ruined my Valentines day,as well as my impression of this store. The lady, that i assume to be the manager, sat behind the associate as she did she; she carried on, typing on the computer, never stopping to see why I, the customer, was so visibly upset. A formal complaint with corporate will be filed. - It was terrible, the girl never apologized. It was an awful experience. I would never recommend this location. I sure hope Sales Person #722084 is not running a SCAM over there.

This place is a joke. Very poor knowledge of jewelry. Bought wife a ring and sent off for sizing. I was called stating ring was ready. We arrived and was told this style ring is not resize able. Really Another situation. Purchased wife a ring. She wore it for 3 days and a diamond fell out. Had it sent off for repair. Picked up ring after repair and diamond was a different color, smaller and didnt match other diamonds. Had it sent off again. Picked up again. Wife wore less than a week and same diamond fell out again. Went to store and demanded a refund. Instead of sales lady working with us she actually was trying to make us upgrade and spend more money. I was like how stupid do you think I am gonna spend more when you cant get what I originally purchased right. Kay jewelry is just a cheap quality place to shop. I will never shop there ever again and advise and hope you will not also. Take my advice and save your troubles. They lost a big yearly spender.

Made me SUPER MAD today, try to fool me with a bad quality diamond. I trusted them and paid them the money first. I was supposed to get an SI 1.5 karat diamond but when we got it, it had 2 very visible "birthmarks", which is not acceptable for the price we paid and for the grade that was promised. They should know that that wasnt what a SI diamond should look like. First thing tomorrow is get my refund.

Shanessa and staff are beyond amazing. We went in to find a wedding band to match my hard to match engagement ring and she was able to match it almost perfect without spending thousands on a custom ring. We have dealt with Shanessa on two occasions now and she has went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and professionalism!

Love this place. Ive been here several times to buy jewelry and every time I go, they are very helpful and bend over backwards to help find the perfect piece. My wife is very picky and the sales associate that helped us spent almost an hour with us showing engagement rings before she finally found the one she wanted. Definitely recommend.

I took my ring in to be sized and cleaned. They never did anything to it and didnt even contact me to let me know. They said the ring couldnt be resized which is understandable but they didnt even try and fix their mistake by cleaning it or even saying they were sorry. Very rude employees and managers. I suggest you go somewhere else!

I had my watch less than a year and the stainless steel band bent. They said it had no warranty, so I paid $75 to send it to Bulova. That has been about 2 months and Ive heard nothing. Starting to think I made a bad buy on the watch and got screwed out of $75
