I was hot on buying a truck, they close at 5 and I got there at 4:50 thinking they would be open longer. At 10 minutes till the sales person was grabbing his jacket and telling me to come back the next day. I told him I was there to look at 2 specific trucks that I saw on line that I really liked. I also had to push him to take my number and had to ask for his card while he guided me to the exit at 5 of 5. They lost my sale and I bought somewhere else. He called me a week later to see if I would be interested in looking at their inventory. I will not shop there in the future. They had very nice vehicles. That is my only positive comment.

On a busy Sat. afternoon my van blew a gas clamp in traffic on Rt 145. I called Rentschlers and spoke with John, the Sales Manager (the Service Dept. had already gone for the day) who called Mr. Gogal to tow my van. My van had been in the shop for repairs a few days earlier and it was discovered that the clamp was not tightened securely. Rentschlers covered all costs of the repairs and towing. What is truly admirable is that they came to my rescue very quickly, admitted what went wrong and fixed the problem. Thank you R team!

I have been meaning to write a review for sometime and kept forgetting. I purchased two vehicles in the last two years (both NEW), a Chrysler and Jeep product. I had the best sales men and finance team, they both explained everything to me in detail and the service department is absolutely wonderful. This dealership doesnt pressure people to purchase and they give you time to make a decision. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to get a great deal on a vehicle.

I cannot say enough about the service and ease I received from Greg, Ian, Stephanie, and Luke at Rentschlers. Buying a new Jeep from here was just about as easy as buying a new tv. I got the best price and there was no pressure throughout the entire process. I felt entirely at ease and will be using them for Jeep purchases going forward. They were an hour away from me, but well worth the drive.

Very high priced. Very rude salesman. Our company spent mega money with dealership. I was able to get twice the amount off from a dealership I never dealt with. That is sad. I will be buying my next company vehicle elsewhere also.
