This is a Horrible store i came there yesterday to buy a new reptile friend for my apartment and i noticed there baby bearded dragons were 50% off so i thought it was a good deal i bought a baby one and a basic aquarium kit for the little guy and bought some sand to give him 2 environments to play in when i got home he was barely moveing and looked really sick so i called the manager there they knowingly knew he was in a wellness program and KNEW that he wasent healthy to start with to put him on the salesfloor if thats not wrong and i dont know what is so i had to go back home clean out the tank and i had to buy a new bag of sand they wouldent refund me for the sand i used from the infected lizard they first said bring the bag then they told me to bring the trash bag with the infected sand in it so they messed me out of 10 bucks...so i redid the entire tank from scratch got it back to its peak temp and humid came back and exchanged for a new one this one is very healthy so far but i havent seen him eat much yet but hes very active will add more details as it goes along but they dont take very good care of there animals do not buy from this store half the staff have no clue on how to raise animals out of the staff only one guy knew his stuff about animals

I took my dog to get his hair groomed here for the first time and had a very terrible experience. I asked for them to cut all his hair, his nails, clean his teeth, and make sure his eyes were cleaned up. The lady told me this would take 2-3 hours and to wait for their call. I waited 5 hours for their call and never got one. I finally went in and my dog was whining in the back and had been waiting for several hours. When I finally got him out and paid the $45 I realized they had done nothing to him except trim a few hairs near his eyes. NOTHING ELSE. My dog is also very well potty trained, but during the paying process while standing there he couldnt help but pee on the floor. My guess is because they kept him in a cage for 5 hours. I was VERY unhappy with the treatment here and would not recommend it for anyone who is trying to find a groomer for a decent price, Petsmart was muuuuchhhhh better.

Petco off Huffine in Bozeman has the worst customer service. We have been shopping there at least once a week for the past year and only two of their employees have been happy and helpful. Most days I cant find anyone around and have to wait in line to get a cashier to call sometime to get fish for me. I have also waited up-words of 15-20 min to get assistance multiple times. Yesterday 4 employees stood up front laughing and messing with their phones while I stood by their fish. I eventually just left. I went back this morning and as usual had to walk up front and ask if anyone could help me. This is after making eye contact with an employee and asking for help she just looked away and kept walking. Not sure why I even still shop there.

I am boycotting this store. They absolutely do not take care of the animals there. I have been there several times to see dead fish, including several large koi fish. The reptiles are very very often without water. The service here is the worst service of any business I have been to in Bozeman. I have had to wait a ridiculously long time for help every single time I have been there because they cant find someone to help me, and honestly several of the people working there are just plain rude and clearly should not be working customer service. I am very saddened by this, but honestly, go to PetSmart instead, you be much less disappointed.

By far the worst experience I have ever had anywhere! I went this morning to buy a pet for my son. Both of us very eager until about 5 minutes into being there. No one was there to help us or answer any questions. I witnessed a man stand at the register for a very long time without any service. If we would have had some assistance maybe we would have actually purchased something but instead left and went to petsmart who treated us much better!

Store Manager exceptionally rude, Aquatic specialist furthest thing from a specialist (googles information he doesnt know), and it seems like theyve been steadily losing staff. Poor customer service except for a cashier named Reina, everyone else wont give you the time of day.

I called to see what they had on fish they said they had a foxface so I drove two hours to go buy it and when I got there I found out I was lied to they had no foxface and poor saltwater fish selection.

Had my German Shepherd groomed by Scott today and he literally looks like he could win the Westminster Dog Show. Scott is a true professional and I could not possibly be happier- such an amazing job!
