Great place always a friendly place. I buy and sale merchandise 7 days a week. Look...its a pawn shop and its a business. I have brought great like new items in and got nothing but i have brought stuff in that isnt great but did get good money for it. Thats how this market works. They have to be able to make money on what they buy also. As far ad the comments on getting a low price on jewelry..chain stores mark up jewelery 120 to 150 percent..you are paying for the name not the precious metal or stones...when u sell it you get paid the set market price at the time based on weight. Its not the pawn shop that did you wrong its the store you are buying the stones or gold at. Great place to go the guys and gals there are great ppl....and even if you know them your still getting the same price a stranger would get so there is no favortism its just business.

Store has a great selection of inventory but they are rip offs. Gone several times and always low balling me. Went when price of gold was 1800$ an ounce and tried to sell them 2 rings, 2 chains, a few charms and a bracelet and they offered me $120 saying that what Im giving them is scrap gold. A few months later went to sell them an audio system ( two tens w/ box and a 700 watt amp) and they offered me 20$ and said "Your lucky Im offering you that much since we have a lot in inventory". Last time I went was a month ago before Mothers day to buy a charm, theres signs all over the place saying "40% off" yet the price they gave me on a charm was $60 and the best part, the Charms weight is 1.2 grams. Do not sell them anything, you will get better money some where else.

I think its very desprectful for them to even called a "pawn shop", because this is a crook shop! They will low ball you to death, then they will buy an item from you then sell back four times the price. If you look inside there store you will an over stock inventory because nobody will buy there Ridiculous over price item their selling! And there employees have very little knowledge or what customers want or what would sell. My suggestion for you, if you want to buy or sell look for a real pawn shop in the cape, fort myers or miami area! Because this isnt the one!

Horrible Experience! Dont use them to pawn or buy! Afters years of having a relationship with this location. They kept about $200.00 I made on payments on a layaway. Mind you I kept in contact with Susan at this location. At this point all I can say I will use them again and Im still upset about my money. Im not rich to give my money away! The worst part is I spoke with her and informed her about the payment and was told to send it in and they still pulled my layaway and gave it to someone else. which I believe is the reason they took my layaway from me ... Shady!!

Staff is not knowledgeable in high end electronics and I believe it was the manager lady who seems to have brought her issues to WORK. Very rude, and did not understand the product I brought in. Ill be looking for another pawn dealer or ebay. Capital pawn offered me $45 for a $400 item new....a big joke..sold on ebay for $250 in a day.. And by the reviews on google, dont see any improvement in years.....also, way overpriced on their inventory.... WARNING DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM

The worst pawnshop I ever been to. They are very rude and they do not know much about half of what they are dealing with. I took a wrist watch in they would not buy it they said it had no value. So I go to Larry pawnshop and they paid me $100 for it. They are very rude on top of it.

Rip Off Alert! These people offered me half of what Diamond Pawn in Ft. Myers offers me for my guitar. I only went there out of convenience and boy was I wrong about them. Do yourself a favor if youre looking to pawn, "Go somewhere else"!

Been going there for years and never had a bad experience. All these other reviews of people crying from intake prices. Its business people, then take products in at 25% of what they sell at. All the pawn shops do that.

Brite store. Clean . Friendly staff. I read the other reviews. Seem to be only from people that dont get what they want. So they want to publish negative comment. They helped me in my time of need !!!

Rip off, they wanted to give me 250.00 for a 1 1/2 carrot diamond ring in white gold. I paid 1600 hundred at kays jewelers. Beware they rip you off when comes to jewlry.
