Wanted an item they were selling. Upon trying it out, didnt feel or seem right as if something was wrong with it. I decided on passing on the item and the gentleman agreed with me. Liked his honesty and wasnt in anyway pushy about the item. Not happy with not being able to purchase the item, however happy that I didnt waste money on a broken item.

Pawn Max is the best shop in this area. None of the other pawn shops compare to this one! Billy the manager is great plus his staff is so friendly. This is by far one of the cleanest pawn shops that I have ever been in and it always smells good in there too!

I come here quite often, but I have to limit it to about once a month because I always find a deal I cant pass up. They are polite and helpful. Ive never had them refuse an offer I made on their merchandise...but I dont lowball them either
