They put me on hold clearly with no intent on coming back.Waited 10 minutes so i hung up.Tried calling back alot and the phone was busy everytime,the guy just put the phone down and left it there smh.I guess he didnt feel like working today.Terrible business practice,if he would have just told me they werent interested i woudnt have felt the need to write this review.So i called again later, finally got ahold of a female employee,and without puttin me on hold she handled my situation.Go to shores pawn,if you go to value theres a chance youll get caught up with someone that doesnt want to do their job.

You should not have monna representing your buisness she is a liar and a trashy person over all. She looked me right in my face and told me i have never bought anything in that store. I have spent thousands of dollars there with warrantys on most items. She said maybe they put it in someone elses name. Why would warrentys on my items be in someone elses name. These people are crooks. Do not buy anything from this establishment. And as for monna, lets just say that the universe takes care, and leave it at that

I went to buy a tv and I found a 42" but it wont turn on so the seller told me that was a sanyo tv 40" just 2" less for the same price so I said ok..I paid and he took a tv and put it on my car; surprise surprise when I get home I so that was a different brand and was not 40" it was a 32" and a total different brand ..Im very mad and very obsessed..so I will go tomorrow to change it and I hope they do it cose this is not rite....I deserve respect..

Everytime I go in the place, there is a long line to the door. They let others who come in cut in line. And are always so chatty with everyone, they take forever to process anything. And everytime there is a line to the door, they only have 2, maybe 3 people behind the counter. Youd think they would get more people to help the customers. Not to mention you dont get your moneys worth on your items.

Went into the shop trying to sell my paintball equipment worth over $1000 and they completely insulted me by offering me $10 dollars for all of it. The guy behind the counter didnt do any type of research on anything. I will never go into or near that pawn shop again just because of how disrespectful they are.

PRICES ARE TOO HIGH, inventory is gross, and just not a great pawn shop. They need to look into price comparison on their electronics and game stop. Game stop has the same game for $5 and you have it for $25 thats a problem. Same thing with computers, your store needs more research on pricing before selling it.

We got a really nice wedding/engagement set for a very good price. Was able to bargain about 12% from the original price. Very happy. Only negative thing is when we first got there it was really busy and it took about 10 minutes for someone to come to the jewerly area and talk to us.

NEVER GO HERE!!!!!! They will try to rape on on your loans and if your selling items.Went in with car TVs on 3 different occasions and all 3 times was told unbelievably low prices for my items when I know how much they sell them for. Worst pawn shop in Marion county.

They always put u on hold and never answer the phone they lie and never take payments ovwr phone resulting in u losing ur items if ur not able to come to store make payment i posted a pic on here where i called 42 times in an 3 hour time frame with no assistance

I just bought a new game system and 60" TV from there and they made me an awesome deal! Monna was awesome! She is very knowledgeable, professional, and a boss negotiator. I told her what I was working with and she found what I needed. We will definitely be back!

They seem to be really busy but I got a great deal on a laptop and some other items for the kids. Buying DVDs there is good also but looking around I found some really good items and they will negotiate on most items
