What a great place to get jewelry! I visited the store recently with my wife to get a couple of rings repaired and resized and in passing was inquiring about Rolex watches. Mark A gave me some information to think about. I went back to pick up the rings and Mark A told me a lot of information about Rolex watches. His great personality, knowledge, and friendly approach is outstanding. Even though Im not a regular (actually it was our first time to the store (actually VanScoy diamond mine then) since my wife and I were engaged 23 years ago... but I digress), he treated me as if I were the most important person in the county... to make a long story a bit shorter, Mark A and the whole staff did an excellent job in meeting my needs and expectations and answered all my questions effectively. He made me feel very comfortable without any kind of sales pressure and I walked out with a beautiful Rolex watch and a very happy customer. I would highly recommend Vanscoy, Maurer and Bash!

Ive had great experiences with Vanscoy Maurer and Bash. When I first started looking for engagement rings I went to several places. Most jewelers turned me off because the sales people were somewhat pushy and insistent that I should get the ring right away. Thankfully I went to Vanscoy Maurer and Bash and met Anne. She was wonderful! I had a general idea what I was looking for and she showed me several rings that fit. I gave her a price range and she brought several diamonds to fit the setting I liked. Not only that but she clearly explained the ratings for diamonds and pointed out any small specs or flaws so that I clearly understood what I was purchasing. I didnt want to buy on my 1st couple times and Anne was always understanding and helpful. Never pushy. My fiancé and I have been back a few times and every time the clean her ring and are happy to show us bands or anything else we want to see. Im happy with my choice!

VanScoy, Maurer, and Bash is the best jeweler around! My fiance and I had been to a few other big chain jewelers before coming here and felt very pressured to buy something out of our price range. VanScoy was the complete opposite! Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming, and actually listened to us when we told them our budget and what we were looking for. Lindsey Long is amazing! She gave us options, explained and answered our questions without pressuring us to get something more expensive. We found my engagement ring as well as our wedding bands and are very happy with them! Every time we went into the store we were greeted with over whelming amounts of great customer service. The staff helped answer all of our questions and helped my now fiancé with all of the steps of the process of purchasing a ring. The selection of rings within the store is very different! You will definitely find rings in the store that you wouldnt find elsewhere. The ring that I had wanted was only available at a jeweler in Pittsburgh, Baltimore and here. Very grateful for them being able to carry the brand. I would recommend this jeweler to anyone looking to buy a nice piece of jewelry!

I would highly recommend Vanscoy Mauer and Bash. My fiance and I had an awesome experience picking out our wedding bands and they did a great job helping him pick my engagement ring as well. He did a lot of shopping around and found that the price and quality was best here compared to other places he looked as was the service. For my 10 year anniversary I chose to upgrade my engagement ring. I visited Van Scoy Maurer and Bash a couple of times, along with a few other jewelry stores. Ive decided to go with VMB and get a Simon G setting custom made. Each time I walked in, I was greeted in a kind manner, I didnt feel pushed or rushed in any way and the staff is very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Van Scoy Maurer and Bash to anyone looking for an engagement ring or other fine jewelry. They also have incentives which are very helpful when making a purchase.

I have never seen such beautiful, unique pieces in one store!!! The level of care for every customer makes a person with any budget feel like royalty!! My husband purchased my engagement ring and our bands from this store. We simply couldnt be more pleased with our stunning (yet well-priced) rings. I would highly recommend them. I purchased an engagement ring and the people that helped me were friendly and professional. I was especially impressed when they accidentally misquoted the band at a lower price. A few minutes later when they discovered their mistake they honored the lower price they had given originally without hesitation. We work with Lindsey and she was so patient with us, since we werent exactly sure what we wanted, she showed us multiple pieces and even had specific items shipped from another store just so I could see it in person.
