One Star Because I Cant Give Zero. Im the proud owner most finely tuned ticking noise you will ever hear! I couldn’t imagine having a driving experience without the rhythmic ticking clatter my drivetrain provides. Who needs the ultimate driving experience when you can have the anxiety-ridden drive of your life! On the bright side, German engineered precision ticking is sure to turn heads. Thankfully, BWM of Milwaukee North agreed the ticking noise wasnt as pronounced at the time leading up to delivery and graciously decided to, "work with me", and get me into an alternative, admittedly without the metronome package. And what great services this was, not only were they punctual, but they only wanted $6,000 for the customer-centric solution of a lifetime. The sales manager was graciously giving me KBB trade-in value on my car with <1,000 miles on it since purchase with a full CPO, and the cherry on top, he was going to give me another car at, you guessed it, STICKER PRICE! Even though I love being taken advantage of, I had to pass up this amazing opportunity. But wait; why not just use the fantastic Bumper-to-Bumper warranty? Apparently, audible valves are "characteristic" of 4-cylinder cars as per their service manager. If you want a highly disappointing experience riddled with condescension and self-interested individuals who think youre naïve, youre going to be in good hands! This is my first and last BMW.

Car buying is generally a "not so fun process" to begin with, couple that with buying a car out of state, it can be downright nerve racking. However, Jamil from BMW of Milwaukee North turned this into an extremely easy overall process. He initially started by showing the car via FaceTime, which increased my comfort level right off the bat. He identified any issues (which there really werent any), again increasing my comfort level. After which, there were a few items that I wanted to discuss regarding the car and he made each of those happen. Throughout the process he was completely transparent, and I was able to reach him with any questions that I had. If he didnt know the answer he put me in contact with someone who did. Part of the process included me getting a pre-purchase inspection. Granted, I completely trusted Jamil on the condition of the car (which it was in great condition), I also wanted to get a third party to test drive because I was out of state and I wanted them to confirm that the car was in great shape, which they did. The most noteworthy part of that process was Jamil actually had the day off, and was willing to come into the dealership in order to bring the car to a third party shop to get the car inspected. I would absolutely recommend working with the dealership, but more specifically I would recommend asking for Jamil when purchasing a car at BMW of Milwaukee North.

My experience here (BMW of Milw. North) was so exceptional and professional. Erick made this experience so easy. He was very informative and patient with me. But most of all, he worked out an amazing sale for me despite all of the questions I had. He has a kind and friendly demeanor. The paper work process took minutes, something I never encountered in any other dealership. They say first impressions are everything and the first impression I received walking in was so positive and welcoming. This is my first BMW purchase and will not be my last! The finance agent, Kyle, explained everything in great detail but with simplicity and ease. I totally loved his personality. I know Im driving my family and friends nuts because I literally sound like a commercial when I talk about my experience with you guys. But seriously, I was so impressed by the service I received. And in the end.....Im in love with my BMW ! Thank you.

Called on June 6 to schedule appointment for an oil change, noone from service answered phone call, got sent back to operator then got voice mail, left message. Called me back an hour later. ( great service?) Ive never called any automotive dealership over many years to schedule an appointment for service and had to leave a message for a callback-eventually someone always answers. Just wanted to get in any day any time ..as soon as possible. Was told this is their busy time of year and couldnt get me in until June 27th. For a simple oil change? Scheduled an appointment with a competitor BMW dealership and am getting in on June 12th. Been with Concours for many years and was always very satisfied with their service but this is the second time recently ive tried to get in and there has been over a two week time frame to getting in for work done. Coincidently both times was under new ownership.

After a few not so good car shopping experiences I stopped at Concours BMW. I met Todd, he helped me narrowing my search to a few 5 series BMW’s. Returning the next day with my wife, Alan, the sales person was very patient and let my wife and I enjoy another test drive. Alan was very knowledgeable of the vehicle, a 535XI. My wife made the final choice on the color and the financial dealing was straight forward (Todd and I had already talked). When dealing with Mario, the finical person, it was easy, explained the rates and credit application very well. No push on extended warranties, etc.. just letting us know what is available. Straight forward and painless, thank you Concours, Todd, Alan, Mario and BMW for a truly good used car buying experience. Let’s just hope the service department can match the sales department’s style, skills and professionalism.

Was talking with Margy Quinlevan Cahill about matching a lease special for a BMW I3. She made it seem everything was a go and they were able to match everything. I have very limited time off, we scheduled a time when I would come in, sign all documents and drive off. Day of she messages me and states that she finally ran the numbers, this is a weeks after we agree on everything, and her dealership will not be able to match the special. Very frustrating. Originally I was planning on completing everything in Illinois, but after Margy gave me the green light I cancelled everything there. She seemed friendly, but the fact she did not double check if they could match the special before agreeing to it is very frustrating. I have heard good things about this dealership, however my experience was not positive at all.

The sales person (Jim Quinnleven - sic) was great. Jim was helpful and knowledgeable about the car. He was very efficient in his activity. I appreciated his help. Jim followed up after I left the dealership several times and I appreciated that. James Tyree and his trainee did a great job going through the cars function with me and did a great job setting the table for me to learn my cars functions on my own after leaving the dealership. James followed up after I left the dealer and I appreciated that. The car was not totally "prepped" when I drove out of the dealership. The rear-view mirror hanging price card was left on the floor of passenger side of the back seat of the car. The plastic wrapping was still left on the rear-seat armrest, and the paper floor mat was still left on the driver-side floor.

Honestly, I have always been quoted high prices on cars from Concours and just purchased cars elsewhere, no complaint they can charge what they want. But when it comes to service, they are horrible. First try to get someone from service to answer the phone, really try this for yourself, I called 3 times and only received voicemail, The service department is so important they would rather call you back, so keep your phone handy. Then if you just bring your car in they are surprised, NO APPOINTMENT. finally they have these closed off service offices where they hide, The Customer Can Wait! I have owned Lexus, Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Ford, Chevrolet, Mazda, Porsche and have had great experiences and OK ones, this BMW dealership is just horrible.
