I have new 2017 GLE43. First time I brought car to check noise coming from driver seat. In a couple days I pick up my car and noise was gone for a couple of days. Noise comes back. I had to leave car again for the same reason. The problem was solved on a second try. In a couple days after I picked the car my sat radio doesnt receive any signal. I was told that antenna needs to be replaced. So far Im waiting for more than a week without radio and traffic report in my car. To my my requests why it is taking so long I receive response that it is a new car and the part number is not available yet.

The service at Simonson Mercedes in Santa Monica is Fantastic! Derrick Franklin is our service advisor and he was extremely friendly, professional and took the time to explain everything we wanted to know about exactly what was getting taken care of on our car. Everything was done in a timely manner and I was able to have a nice loaner during the service so that my crazy busy routine with my kids was not disturbed. Thank you!!

Disgusting experience. Credit pull unauthorized. Rude customer service, and the service rep made a crude joke. Id literally PAY people not to shop at this dump. No professionalism, was told that "We are a fortune 500 company, we can kinda get away with things other companies cant"... ...OMG....u serious?!?! You cant say that to a consumer!

Promt and innovative communication through sms, emails ( I even paid my bill before picking up my car using the link in the email). Repair costs are fair given location and brand. Pretty good loyalty discounts as well.
