I found a vehicle I liked there but found several repairs that needed to be taken care of. Carite agreed they would make the repairs but I would have to put a refundable $100 hold on the vehicle or else they said they would sell it to anyone who comes through the door. I drove an hour and a half to look at that vehicle so I went ahead and put the $100 down. Very poor customer service. The sales manager was extremely rude. Raised his voice and shouted really lost his cool in the negotiate process. After leaving it really left a bad taste in my mouth. So I decided to look around a found another vehicle I really liked. I went ahead and purchased it because I knew my $100 was refundable. I called carite to get my $100 refunded but they stated I would have to drive back another 1 and a half hours there and back to receive the refund. They stated they could not refund it any other way. No check in the mail. I couldnt give them my card number over the phone. Theyve made it extermely difficult to get the refund they stated would be no issue. Along with the fact that they offer extremely high interest rates on there loans. Watch out shady company.. Poor customer service. Definitely 1-2 star type of place go somewhere else. --Austin

I am a person who have fair credit. I was shopping for cars because I need a vehicle for 6 childrens. I applied at carmax was turned down, then my fiance and I went to a dealers ship name Johnnys up the road they had a 2010 Toyota Highland for 18,005.. At first I was going through with this vehicle because I thought I couldnt get a better vehicle due to my credit. I called CARITE thats how Mohamed became my sales representative. He was very professional and understanding.. My work schedule is very complicated an he was patience on a vehicle I had an eye on..I was looking at 2015 Chevy Traverse because I need the room. I asked him if he can help with my credit, I gave him information and he said I will give u a call back and do some research!! I admit I was nervous because I really need a vehicle, but as was wrong, he called me 1 hr saying hey I got you approve for a better car with less miles and only thousand more.I was at work when I received the call I really wanted to scream but I couldnt.. Very honored and bless he was my representative..IF YOU NEED A VEHICLE GO TO CARITE and ask for Mohamed...AWESOME SALES REP...I THANK YOU TRULY

My experience started back in Early March . My husband and I were looking for a specific type of car and we ended up on Pendleton Pike ,and we seen Carite . Weve never heard of it before but it looked interesting. We went in when it was extremely busy (tax time) where we were greeted by MOHAMED. He instantly told us about the great warranties and all the Carite had to offer . My husband and I were skeptical about the place and were kind of nervous to apply since our credit isnt the "best" . Once we were approved we needed more time to do research ,plus they didnt quite have what we were looking for. We visited Carite at least 4 times before purchasing only because we are indecisive. The entire time MOHAMED was understanding even though we are pretty tough customers. Now (late March) We are in love with our new car and pretty happy that we waited. I HIGHLY recommend Carite if you want to fix your credit while riding around in a car thats worth the money ! Thanks Mohamed

You can buy a good car from anywhere, but it is really rare to find a good dealership. I am glad I chose Carite (among 5 other dealerships). The things you should look for in a car dealer (other than the car): Customer Interaction - This is where Carite is unique from all the other dealers I met. Each and every person at Carite Indy were approachable and informative. - They knew I was on tight schedule, and made everything possible with ease. - They went out of their way to deliver the car on right time, even with bad weather conditions, that shows their dedication towards customers. Sales Guide - Again all of this wouldnt be possible without this one person. That would be Mohamed Awad. He did a great job in understanding my needs and he was constantly communicating with me throughout the process. Thanks to him, I have a really good impression on Carite now. I would certainly recommend my friends and my colleagues to Mohamed or Carite in the future.

I thought the sales guy Josh was alright I thought the price was fair but the manager (marshal) was very rude and acted as if he did me some sort of special favor he went as far as to raise his voice towards my wife saying how he did us a favor and was extremely condensing then when I asked for a spare key they told me I could get it the next day then when I went in the next day they said I had to pay $130 for a spare to be made and tried blaming the sales person who I thought did a reasonable job working with us but my main problem is the Marshall guy yelling at my wife it was the most unprofessional experience Ive ever encountered buying a vehicle four days later the motor blew up left my kids and I stranded Id never recommend this place Im going to contact the news stations and hopefully that might get this place shut down they are scamming people there vehicles are junk

I had the best experience. I wasnt expecting to drive off in a 2015 Chevy Spark. Ive only been in the area a few months when my car stopped running. After getting the runaround with other dealers, I decided to take a chance and call CaRite. Best decision I ever made. I spoke with Wilson Lopez and explained my situation. He was totally helpful, and I came in. He was a man of his word, and not only helped me...but got me into a great car. I will be singing CaRite and Wilsons praises. Im going to definitely recommend them to any one and everyone looking for a new vehicle.

While driving to another car lot I decided to stop and check out CARITE. I pulled onto the lot and was greeted by Wilson. I was hesitant to get out of the car but he assured me that he would be able to meet all my needs and work with my credit issues. The process was smooth and easy. I was shocked that i was approved and got into the car I wanted. I am so glad I stopped in. If you are looking for a great experience stop into CARITE and see Wilson Lopez. Great service, great people and great hot chocolate

Mohamed Awad was GREAT!!!!! He worked with me for two days. I was frustrated, done, and ready to throw in the towel and he continued to work with me. He has excellent customer service!!! He did not let me leave until my car needs were met. He kept everything in my price range from the payments to the total price. CaRite has a great program for anyone rebuilding their credit! They even have GAP insurance also. Great place, great service, great program!!!
