Very friendly and helpful people! I made a mistake with my glasses order and brought the glasses back to have them replaced. There were no questions asked, no hastle, and no sour looks. I told them that I need the glasses as soon as possible because I am leaving for a cross country trip in a few days and needed them prior to leaving, so they will have my glasses ready for me by 12pm tomorrow (its Friday today). Most eye glass stores will take a few days. They could have gotten them to me the day of, but I brought my glasses back an hour before closing (with is completely understandable). Like I said before, the staff at lens crafters is very friendly and helpful. Customer service is what theyre all about!

Located across from Smith Haven Mall. Has plenty of parking. The staff is courteous and helpful. I have never had any problems getting an appointment. Dr Marino is very helpful in explaining things to you during the examinations. And open to answering any question you have. Highly recommended.
