I wouldnt recommend going here at all for either contacts or glasses. I went as they offered a Groupon - which wasnt worth it in the slightest and I actually wound up paying more here than my normal optometrist. I was shocked at the rudeness we encountered when we were in the office and received the same nasty attitude when I called later with a question. I found this really odd as both myself and my husband were nothing but pleasant, yet they did not return the same courtesy. I am not sure why they would even be in the business of dealing with customers when clearly they have no desire to do so. If you are looking for a wonderful experience getting your prescription, contacts, or glasses, I would certainly avoid here.

I bought the Groupon for the eye exam and pair of glasses, and was very happy with my visit. The girls who worked the front were fun and chatty, and extremely helpful with finding a frame that wouldnt cost me anything under the terms of the Groupon. The eye doctor was a little stiff and serious, but Im just happy to finally have a prescription and new pair of glasses after three years of no eye insurance.

This place needs to get with the times. They are still using index cards for patient records and they lost mine twice. Have they ever heard of a computer? Very disorganized and not very friendly either. Doctor was ok, but not worth all the other frustrations. Do yourself a favor, GO ELSEWHERE!!!!

Great doctors and staff. They are always kind and knowledgeable when helping my family and I. We all love our glasses. I even allow the ladies to pick out my frames, they have great taste! Thank you Amy, Marie, Nancy and Nancy for always making us feel welcome.

I wouldnt recommend you to go there. U will spend more than u usually pay with others especially if u carry a groupon with. And if it expires, u just want to spend the amount u pay for, they will just give u couple samples instead. Bad manner.

horrible experience. they just wanted me to pay and get out. they have fake glasses. this was first time for me over there and never going back. no customer service skills at all. they charge premium prices but they only care about money.
