I just purchased my second vehicle from our local JD Byrider (thanks so much Scott, Courtney, Mike, Rob & even you Rick for all your help) I was really in a pinch when my first vehicle took a turn for the worse l, so I called to see what they could do for me. They told me to come on in and we would make it happen! So I went last night and picked out a vehicle but was torn between two...they let me drive it home then come in today to finish all paperwork since I was already their customer. By this morning, practicality ruled and I decided that I should have probably went with the more economical of the two vehicles. When I went to do the paperwork they let me swap vehicles, had all my paperwork ready to go and had me in and out in no time. Scott was my actual sales person, and he even made me a cup of his special private stock of imported coffee he brings from home instead of the regular stuff they serve. Thanks for a great cup of coffee and awesome customer service!

Never have had any issues from them but this current vehicle I got has been a money pit it came with a service agreement due to the engine light being on when purchased.... but thats not the problem... biggest issue is I have had to not have a vehicle twice to get all this fixed and it still has to go back so again no vehicle as a mom with a job and kids it sucks plus I have only had the vehicle two months I am already needing to change the breaks.... granted all cars you have to take care of but only two months agtwr having it bites.....other than that great service all the way around between the dealer cnac and service guys ty.

And 1 star is too many paying on this piece of junk. That I have replaced. 2 transmissions. That Id leaking as I. Type 2 radiator as of Las week. Yrs you guessed it took it to their repair shop for the 3 transmissions. And yje first radiator. Engendered. Took it to another shop. And was. Told parts of my radiator was not put inwgich caused it to crack .what crooks Jr sale you a piece of crap is

The guys at the shop are real kind and take care of their customers, and they got my vehicle ready quickly. The only reason I didnt make it 5 stars is just because I now am hearing a discomforting noise on my passenger side front wheel, that was not there before. Seems like nothing too serious but still it is a new noise nonetheless. But all in all, they got me up and running again quickly.

Excellent service... They did everything they could to get us into a car that day. I really loved that they took our other bills into consideration, and made sure we would be able to afford the car payment and our other bills without having to worry about being broke afterward. Our salesman was very friendly and understanding. We definitely will go back.

We bought a vehicle here before. Wish wed had gone back this time. We went somewhere else and are stuck with a paid for car thats in need of a new engine. JUST took care of us before. While expensive and way overpriced vehicles, at least they work.

My truck started acting up and I figured out it was needing new spark plugs and a new coil pack. I dropped my truck off on a Tuesday morning at 9am and they called me at 4:30pm that same day and said it was done. Talk about being quick.

Wouldnt deal with these people ever again. Got nothing but the run around. They talk a good game but I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Scott Rainier seemed to disengenuion. Bad experience all together. Zero stars.
