Never in my life will I recommend anyone. I got an 08 impala from here not even a year ago, the first day I drove it off the lot after signing the gears werent shifting, I took it back up there and they said it was a sensor and fixed it free of charge, a month later my power steering goes out, 3 or 4 months later, my axel breaks also having to get my motor mount replaced as well. Then I take it to Chevy bc theres a recall on it which is just a small problem having to do with my key, there was some ticking noise going off in my dash, they fixed it, my key wouldnt turn in my ignition, more money to fix that, and then Chevy tells me my transmission is going bad and it may not last me much longer. I didnt get a "nice" car to keep coming out of pocket for serious issues. Im a single mom with 2 kids I dont have money to just throw out for a fix. So when my car goes out and I still owe 5 thousand... I have no idea what I will do bc I have no help. This is the worst car i have ever had. Im so sad off of this. Pitiful car. I shouldve known this would happen.
