The Dellen Automotive Family is an excellent dealership. I have purchased all my vehicles from Dellen for the past 19 years and I have always received excellent service and attention from every department that I have had the pleasure of becoming acquainted with throughout the years. The sales staff, service staff, and all the managers are very helpful and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that every experience is the best experience possible. I am always telling my friends and family that this is the only dealership that they should go to purchase their vehicles new and used. Marshal Denney, Gabe Carmichael, and Travis Green especially have taken care of our family and all of our friends and family that we have sent to Dellen to purchase their vehicles. They are the most professional and courteous people to work with when trying to decide the perfect vehicle for the price and are willing to do whatever it takes to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase. I LOVE THE DELLEN AUTOMOTIVE GROUP!!! I will continue to tell everyone that I know to only buy their vehicles from them. They have three locations and sell GM, Chrysler, and Ford which gives you the diversity to find the exact car that you are looking for. This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with in my life. I try to put money down on a car... they wont let me! They tell me they want to put a credit app in for me. The next thing they do is tell me the next day that all the sudden out of the blue they have another buyer for it! Im later told that this "buyer" had been there many times to look at the car. So because Im coming from across the country, and make them an offer to purchase the car that they agreed to and then go to put money down on it they contact the other buyers and tell them what happened to get them in to purchase the car. This is of course my opinion, but its strange how these people show up "out of the blue" immediately after I make my offer This is the kind of "integrity" this dealership has. Once I showed I can arrange my own financing for it they told me "they wouldnt sell me the car. That it was sold to the other people." Even though they hadnt taken delivery of it, and even though I put down five times as much of a down payment and had financing arranged they would not take my deal that we agreed to first. Instead they went with the secondary deal. Make your own decisions about this place, but I would never consider them for anything if this is how their management operates this company.

Rob Buss help me with my 2014 Durango RT Purchase. I came to Indiana on leave from California with out the intention on buying a new vehicle but as we drove passed Dellen on the way we noticed they had a pretty large selection. To my surprise all the vehicles werent the base models and that got me to looking around. I started looking at the new Rams until I saw they had one 2014 Durango RT with the 8spd transmission and the Hemi. I mean who wouldnt want a Durango that can fit 70 packs of gum in the glove box as Ron Burgundy says. The associates here at Dellen were very professional. They informed me of all options available but didnt try to push anything on you that you didnt want like other dealers do (like extra warranties and such). The main reason I chose Dellen was because they had the vehicle on the lot. Overall I would give Rob Buss and the team at Dellen 10/10. This is the 4th New vehicle Ive bought and it was the easiest/ smoothest purchase. My experience with Dellen proved to me that the Dellen Team is there for you! Thank you to everyone that helped me with my purchase.

1) HAD a life time warranty on my 08 duramax. Always had service done there, they never once told me I was over the six months interval. Always had service done within 5000 miles. Warranty gave me 7500 miles. But since I went over a month and 15 days I lost my warranty. Truck does not go all the time so 6month oil changes are nuts. Takes 10 quarts and its $80 just for my oil. Not counting the filter. Had an engine issue which Seller cant diagnose cause THEY dont have the equipment to do it. So I had to take to another dealer. Thats where I messed up. If they had the equipment they would have just fudged the info to warranty company probably since they never told me that I was over by a month and a few days. Probably never recommend this dealership for nothing. Thanks Alot Dellen for nothing. To have to change my oil in six months and have only maybe 2000 miles cause you use it for pulling camper only, is just nuts. Warranty Co needs to rethink their policy. To me ya I forgot the words "6 months" but I never miss the mileage cause this truck tells ya when the oils needs changed.

I was driving as a second vehicle a Chevy Trail Blazer. The vehicle was in pretty bad shape, I used it mainly for winter driving. I decided after a long time and a phone call from Cody Guffey that I needed a new vehicle. Cody let me know that they had a Chevy Impala as a demo that had some good rebates etc. on the car. I looked at the car drove it and liked it a lot. So with a long time at Dellen due to I had a payment range I needed to stay in, thanks to Cody and his sales manager they were able to meet that payment range and I went home with the car. I will recommend Dellen to anyone looking for either a new or used car. And have them ask for Cody Guffey.........Thank you Cody and Dellen

LWN PARSONS IS A GOOD SALESMAN. WE TOLD HIM WE WANTED A TRUCK LIKE THE ONE WE HAS AMD HE FOUND ONE THAT WAS BURGANDY AND WE LIKED IT VERY MUCH. ( OUR OLD ONE WAS RED) . THIS WAS ON A WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AND ON FRIDAYMORNING WE PICKED UP THE TRUCK, hE HAD THE NEW RUNNING BOARDS ON IT AND THE BEDLINER WAS IN IT, HE SAT IN THE BACK OF THE TRUCK AND TOLD US ABOUT EVERYTHING THAT WAS ON THE DASHBOARD AND HE PROGRAMMED THE RADIO FOR US WE WERE VERY SATISFIED SINCE THIS WILL PROBABLY BE OUR LAST TRUCK OUR OLD TRUCK WAS A 2010 AND HAD LESS THAN 40,000 MILES ON IT, SO BY USING OUR GM DISCOUNT AND ALL THE INCENTIVES THAT LEN GAVE US, WE WERE PRETTY HAPPY CAMPERS! I bought my car brand new in 2013 and my tint is already messing up so I called and they stated they will fix it no charge. Great! The problem is they are only available on Thursdays after 11am. But last Thursday the tint guy called in and of course no one told us, then we go back the next Thursday and it is almost noon and the tint guy is not there. I asked to speak to the GM and have been on hold for 10 minutes then called back and they gave me another time he would be there. And I even called the day before to confirm with Casey that he would be there at 11am. BTW they do not care about your time and rearranging your schedule to get something fixed. Not professional at all.
