Bill, My name is Judy Smith, and I recently visited your store for the first time upon the advice of a friend who enthusiastically recommended your printing department. Needing to print 30 booklets for my study club and forced to be as economical as possible by our treasurer, I arrived at the store on Wednesday afternoon, last week. LaVerne greeted me cordially, we discussed my needs and I left the store after having also found a desk chair to buy among your used furniture items. I met your son during that transaction. LaVerne called me the next day as promised and I returned to pick up my printed booklets. Upon seeing the booklets, I was thrilled because LaVerne had listened carefully, had understood that I wanted the booklet to be very attractive, but did not have her vision. She created a beautiful cover which was ten times more attractive than the one I had described!!!! Besides that, I was able to have my booklets printed, folded, stapled and boxed for slightly less than $1.00 each within 24 hours. As I stood around the store, it became clear to me that LaVerne is more that your everyday employee. Friendly, calm and totally concentrated on me and my needs(even while being barraged by questions from co-workers), she wrote my order and then completed the transaction the next day. She is unusually capable of total concentration even while multitasking and interruptions from others. Certainly you are aware of the value of such an efficient and capable employee, buit I could not have had better, friendlier service anywhere,anytime! Therefore, I recommend commensurate compensation (a good raise) for this wonderful young lady. Your son, Bill, was also unusually helpful in finding exactly the desk chair I wanted, EXACTLY! It was a used chair in excellent condition and I was able to trade the chair that I had, also in excellent condition, for that chair. All in all, my visit to Office Pros was completely successful thanks to your good people. Thank you, Bill Jones

Office pros is where its at!!! Ive been shopping at office pros for years and have always had such a great experiences!! It seems like any little thing I need... They always have it! And if they dont bill jones always says "I can get it for you." Bill is always so helpful and Im thankful hes there to help me! Most times Ive had no clue where to even start... I walked in recently and told bill I wanted to order new bedroom furniture for me and the hubby! He sat down with me and I picked it out of a catalog... He ordered and BILL delivered it to my home!!! Thanks bill!!! I will definately keep buying from office pros! Bill you have done a wonderful job making the people of this town feel at home in your store and your customer service is off the chain! I love supporting local businesses!!! Purchased a item (storage on wheels)with a lock,. As I was paying I was trying it out, I realized it was not working. I really wanted the item but needed to leave. So they just refunded the whole thing and emailed me the receipt. I told her if they could fix it or figured it out to call me as I still wanted it and all the other stuff. I called a few hours later to see what happen and was told girl went to the bank. I left my name and number for her to call me. I did not hear from her so I called again just before closing the next day and she had left for the day. I am very disappointed in the customer service and they lost 122.00 sale (and probably more)if I had gone back. Now, needing to go to amazon.

WOW! Office Pros did an amazing job at giving me the best deal for my office furniture. The employees always put the customer first and are extremely professional. I shop here often and am constantly impressed! :) We are looking to do my sons school area/homework area soon and I definitely plan to make my purchase at Office Pros because they have the best deals around and treat everyone like family. Recently, they moved us from our old home into our new one. They handled all of our belongings and furniture with extreme care and took care of us in a timely manner. I found School Tools and Office Pros on the web after trying to find the best deal on office furniture. I knew that they were far away but they offered shipping at a reasonable rate. I called the store to inquire about some desk and chairs. Bill, who assisted me, listened and described the condition and the functionality of the items very well. I ended up placing the order. I have bought supplies in the past in there close out section (very Good Pricing) This week they had a new shipment in (Struck Gold) Love that the inventory is always changing for the better. Decided to Buy 2 Desk for my main Office From one of the co owners (Bill) and was given a Friendly Neighbor discount being we are a neighboring Business. Who would have thought you could still get home town courtesy. Will Continue to Buy from this company.

I purchased an L shape desk from Office Pros and I was very satisfied with my purchase from start to finish. I received the help I needed in picking the desk out and when it was delivered I was ecstatic. It is beautiful and looks like its new! Very dissatisfied, attempted to place two orders for childrens school chairs. On both occasions the checkout price was greater than the advertised price. It seems the advertised price is a gimmick to attract potential buyers, but the sale process cannot be completed. On the surface it looks as though they have fantastic items at a great price, but it seems their advertising methods are a bit scammy...
