took my package, never scanned it in - or put it on a truck for that matter. now a week later, its nowhere to be found. tracking still just showing shipping label created, that means the company I was returning the package to will not issue my refund because it doesnt show that it was ever shipped out. of course they wouldnt take any responsibility and claim that they always make sure nothing is left on the counter at the end of each business day. so apparently my 6lb 30x18x12 fairly substantial package simply grew legs and walked out of the store. FedEx is worse that USPS, only carrier Ive ever had issues with - and on several occasions. if it wasnt a pre-paid label designated by others, I will NEVER use FedEx on a voluntary basis. EVER. only gets 1-star because otherwise I couldnt post this review.

They seemed to be friendly and helpful. I was told my box didnt have enough packaging in it, so the employee proceeded to add packaging and then seal the box up. Then when I went to check out I was charged an extra amount on top of the shipping. When I inquire about the additional charge, He told me they have to charge extra if they packaged it themselves. All I was shipping was a soft hat and he hardly added any paper packaging on top! Dont tell me you are required to add more packaging and not tell me you are going to charge me for it. I could have done it myself and avoided the extra charge. I wont make that same mistake again.

Everythime I go there with a prepaid label, the customer service representative(black hair) trys to convenve me that there is something wrong with either packaging or weight, although all he needs to do is just scan the label, I have an account with FedEx and they have my CC and everybody knows that they will adjust the shipment and charge you the difference, but this guy for some reason needs to show off! I decided not to go to this office anymore, they guys on State Street have much better attitude.

I came in today at 12:30 PM with a rushed printing order that I needed complete by 1:30 PM. The staff were so helpful in helping me complete my order, and they made the whole process unbelievably easy. Thank you!

I came into this shop yesterday and the staff that was working there was very rude to me and did not help me at all. What I requested was not unreasonable at all, which made the whole experience that much worse.
