Walked in this afternoon to buy a leather cord for my belated Valentines day gift. The person waiting on us knew very little about charm bracelets and how the charms are attached. The person repeatedly stated that I had to buy all my charms immediately or else I would not be able to add any more. She did not give me these instructions politely. It is not rocket science attaching charms to a leather cord. Distraught I left this store and sought out to seek a second opinion. I went to the woodlands James Avery and the representatives Tanya and Mary Lou were so wonderful and helpful and told me the person at the previous store advised me incorrectly and my request could be fulfilled. Needless to say, I will NEVER return to the James Avery on 1960 and will go out of my way to the woodlands to excellent customer service.

My sister and I had a wonderful first time experience at this JA location. Although, there was a line as soon as we walked in. The floor associate assisted my sister in finding the perfect 18th birthday necklace. I was also able to show her exactly what I wanted on a JA tablet from the line - so I wouldnt lose our place >_<. But she picked out everything we needed and the ladies at the registers were seamlessly efficient. A great time and would definitely go again, even with the line!

Visited this location over a week ago, during the middle of the week, around 6 in the evening, and we were the only customers in the entire store. Not one employee bothered to say hello, much less bother to offer help. We browsed for about 15 minutes still being the only customers in the store and still utter silence from the employees. Soon after, 2 customers walked in and were immediately greeted and offered assistance, hmmmmmm.

I feel like its a little overpriced but everything weve purchased here (many many things) has been of excellent quality and lasts forever with proper care. The staff is very courteous and professional, and go out of their way to provide excellent service. I particularly love how they gift wrap and clean everything for you when you check out.

The employees are wonderful and very nice they all make sure that you are taking care of and they will help you in any way that they can to find whatever it is that you need for either yourself or for your family member or even a loved one. I highly recommend this store..

James Avery is great for high schoolers/college kids. Its affordable with ok designs. BUT its cheap quality with a high price. There IS much better out there than these big chain stores. Especially being in the 4th largest city in America.

Good jewelry selections for gifts and special occasions! Great customer service not only while shopping, but with product maintenance such as cleaning and adding charms to bracelets. The store can get crowded around holidays.
