This is the WORST location. They give there customers "Promise Dates" and for some reason can never keep them. First off I had to wait 4 weeks to get my wedding ring back from being sautered together. Which after that I swore Id never send it back in because it was 2 weeks past my promise date of when Id have it back. On top of getting it back 2 weeks late when I finally did get it back it wasnt set properly. I dealt with it because I had gone without it long enough. So just 2 weeks ago I decide to send it in to get fixed from the first mess up. Today was my "Promise Date" and once again they dont have it. They said it will be in sometime next week. Left me on hold for 15 minutes and finally I had to hang up and call back just to find out that my ring still isnt back.....I hate this company with a passion and they have been beyond unprofessional as well as terrible customer service.

If I could give Kays at woodland hills mall a lower then 1 star I would. I paid cash for a ring and was told Id have a refund for being a cash customer. Not only did they not give me a receipt at the time of purchase but when I went to pick up the ring the once again refused to issue me any type of documentation of the purchase I had made. They continually stated that their computer system was down but they promised they would mail it to me. Anyways 5 days later I returned to Kays and was treated like I had no business in their store when I asked for my receipt. And was yelled out by a manager when I questioned him about my cash discount that I was told Id be receiving by another employee.

I sent my ring in to be sized and was told it would be 2 to 4 weeks. I went in after 6 and they had no update! I continued to call and check in with NO ONE ever reaching out to me. Finally I had one lady call me back and tell me they lost my ring and are waiting on a new one out of the vault to get sent in for sizing! After 3.5 months of continuous calls I finally got my ring back. Everytime they told me theyd call me but never did. I didnt get a call when in came in either. They never offered anything for my inconvenience and didnt even apologize for the mishap. I will never shop here again. I believe customer service should be a priority and they lacked that on many levels.

Purchased a ring on layaway was told when it was half paid for they would send it off to get sized here I am ready to make the final payment and the ring has still not even been sent off now I have to change all my plans on my proposal cause they did not do their jobs I can say I will NEVER use Kay again my proposal plans are pretty hard to move and when I called to check on if it had been sized yet the lady was not nice at all

Purchased a ring and had to get it sized. There was no issue. The very same day I got it back a stone fell out. I went the next day early to get it fixed and the hours of operation are 10am til 9pm. Im here at 10:45 watching as employees still have not opened the facility. Very unprofessional!

Had a ring resized here under warranty, and had a great experience. The ring was on time and the repair looked perfect. The associates were nice and helpful.
