Zales! You recently posted signs banning lawful gunowners that have been vetted by the FBI in the state of Texas to lawfully carry a side arm (never been involved in a felony or charged with domestic violence) from carring in your store. I have shopped there for 10 years and bought most of my wifes jewelry there. I will not any longer! The reason is that you have just posted and told ALL CRIMINALS that everyone leaving your store is NOT ARMED and is an easy target to get ROBBED in your parking lot. That is conveniently located right next to Highway! I know you have a security guard, will he help me in the parking lot while im getting robbed? Nope, but i bet he will lock the door and watch! Look up statistics of robberies posted outside of places banning handguns and you will see. VERY SMART!!!!!!!

When I got to the store there were 2 employees and 2 customers. I made customer number 3. The gentleman told me he would be right with me. Thats good. Well another customer walked in the gentleman employee finished with the customer he was working with. He totally ignored me and went to the last customer who came in the door. My husband comes to this store for everything. Not anymore. LuAnn was very helpful once she was done with her customer.

Worst staff/manager. When we entered the lady was busy with other customers we hoped to get our turn next and this lady instead of attending us was attending the customers who came later. All the reviews were correct about that store. will never visit that store again
