Probably the worst place Ive ever been to, I will never return here. This James Avery was the closest to my house until they open the one on hwy 6. Every single time I went there they would ignore me, never greet or my family or ask us if we needed help, but as soon as someone else went in the store they would run out to them. And I dont know if its because I am mexican american and spoke spanish with my family because every time I would speak spanish to her they would only stare at me. Excuse me? And one time I asked the African American lady that worked their to help me pick out some charms she just told me to write them down and show the paper to someone amd walkes away when I had just seen her write down the charms a lady needed and walked her to the counter and showed her. Excuse me? Im a shift supervisor and I know that the way these employees are working is not acceptable and whomever is suppose to be supervising them is not doing their job. I will never return to this place ever again

They gave my charm bracelet to another customer due to a "misfile" which seems very unprofessional. I ended up waiting at the register for a good 10-15 minutes wondering what was taking so long, no one even told me what was going on. I understand mistakes happen but I wouldve appreciated if they told me what happened sooner, I didnt even get an apology as I was leaving the store empty-handed. This facility is the closest to my house but im definitely going to a different location next time. Disappointing.

Bad customer service .Manager was no help he acts more like a nomal employee not a store manager he has an attitude. Bad experience would never go back is the closest to my house but ill rather drive to memorial city mall .I walked in, to get my daughter bracelet smaller he wanet to charge me and in no other store charges for this service just this store like really dosent make sense.

This is a great store location. So glad theres a James Avery close to my house. The sales ladies are awesome, very helpful and knowledgeable of the james avery pieces. Just love shopping there. If you are deciding, they show you the pieces to make your decision easier. Thank you James Avery sales associates.

This location is very busy. They have added an option online to purchase and bypass the line. I purchased a charm necklace for my Mother and took the receipt directly to the counter. My order was processed and wrapped. I wish they had additional locations. This one is usually busy everyday.

Awful service!!! The older lady completely ignored us as we were looking around and as soon as someone else walked in she walked up to greet them as if we were never there. I have bought several items from this location but this will be my last time shopping there.
