Worst sephora store EVER!!! the minute me and my friends walked into the store i noticed one of the female employees was just staring at us.I noticed when she "SECRETLY" told one of the officers to stand by the makeup isle we were on, they both began watching us and following us making us feel really uncomfortable. Talk about racial profiling. I dont wanna have to walk into a store where me and my friends are being watched and given dirty looks to the entire time because of how we look. There were other people who were in there too why did we have to be the group followed and watched over, we werent gonna steal anything, after all our PURPOSE of being there was to purchase makeup but after our experience there now we know never to return. You should fix your employee staff because then maybe you wouldnt be receiving several bad reviews.Reading other reviews youve received, I noticed were not the only ones who have experienced this. #racist-employees

Walked in on Sunday 01/31/2016 at about 2 oclock nd you would have thought that the security guard knew me by the way he followed me through out the store along with a friend that was actually being helped by an employee. I didnt get his name nor do I care because everyone employee knew that he was following us. Meanwhile there were other customers in the store that he didnt come close to following. The only difference between my friend and I and the other customers was skin color that I could tell. We were black and they werent. So of course I will never support this store. Sephora should conduct more training to teach them to treat every person equally. Im in the military, I manage my money well, and I dont steal and when I walked into Sephora I didnt think that I deserved to be treated like a criminal. This store has lost my business and if they continue racial profiling they will lose more. Me and my friend are definitely owed an apology.

RACIAL PROFILING Upon entering the Sephora (Hollywood and Highland Center) with my family, one of the security guards (Roy) started walking directly behind us (approximately 2 feet). We stopped to look at one of the products and asked him a simple question concerning the price. He looked directly at us and stated "I am security and I dont know anything about the products" "I am here to watch people like you". He was rude, obnoxious and intimidating. I made a complaint to the the store manager (Jacob) but he didnt seem interested in doing anything. They stated that the security guard works for another company but could not release the name of the company to me. Despite making complaints, Sephora has not contacted me. I am a career Soldier and I have faithfully served our country for over 27 years but even in Sephora I am treated like a second class citizen.

Im writing from Minnesota. I was in the area over a long weekend, last minute my friend and I decided we needed some makeup help for a premier we were attending. Long story short I feel like I hit the mini makeover jackpot when I sat in the chair of Miguel. He was so professional, color smart and efficient. 15 minutes later I looked up at the reflection in the mirror and was blown away. Heres the thing, it was Friday late afternoon and they were VERY busy, however it did not take away from the experience, they were kind to everyone and juggled the influx of customers with ease. I also had not idea they offered classes or even did the mini makeovers, something Ill be looking into back home. In short Miguel is the bees knees and Im so happy we wandered in there last Friday!

My absolute favorite Sephora location to visit when Im in town on business. As a makeup artist, of course Im in love with most things glam/beauty-related. During my most recent visit, I went in solely for an Urban Decay NAKED palette, but fell in love with much of the Yves saint laurent collection, and was introduced to the Terre Saharrienne bronzing powder by one of the stores helpful consultants. Thanks for making my job that much easier. Its always a pleasure to find new products to introduce into my MUA kit, and thanks for the great service.

I would really love to come shopping here because it is less than 5 minutes from my house.. However, there are people out front with 5 foot snakes. Yes, you read that correctly, actual snakes. I just dont think its too much to ask to be able to go to Sephora and not see a SNAKE!!!

Best Sephora, its huge! I feel like a kid in a candy show every time! The girls are real nice and theres a plethora so you can always find someone to help your special need. Got a makeover today and got to play with Naked palette, so pretty. You have to go if your a makeup junkie!

Rather than confront my partner about my daughter grabbing makeup they walked around whispering into their radios and acting as if my toddler was going to rob the place. Just a sephora without the lively and welcoming atmosphere.

The best ive been to. One of the few stores that actually stocks train cases if you want to see them in person. Even phone service is polite. Well stocked, clean, curtious. Checkout line flows faster than most Sephoras.

This location has a big sales section unlike other locations, and is quite big so u dont feel suffocated/trampled when it gets busy. The staff is so great too, very helpful!
