Ive been using Nyx cosmetics for years and its awesome to see this company with an actual boutique store. Usually I have to go to Ulta or Downtown LA if I need to stock up. Everything is organized, plenty of new colors and products to choose from. The employees are really helpful and knowledgeable. Basically, Im all about the lip colors. Nyx is a fairly inexpensive brand which has gained its own following over the years (speaking as a former goth girl who lived for the eye shadow pencils and Black Label lipsticks), but high quality products.

I was very excited to visit this nyx store and was very disappointed! Walked in and was looking at the liquid luminator the workers were practically stocking over me without saying excuse me or having any type of manners. I wanted to try a stick foundation and no one would help even as I was trying to purchase a lip stick no one assisted me. Very upset

I would give ZERO STARS!!!! DONT SHOP HERE. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. They charged my card twice and its been 3 weeks that I havent been refunded!!! called their customer care team, none of them knew what to do either. I recorded it on my gopro on how horrible their services are. I just want my $200 back!!!! Never shopping here again!!!
