I came to the store to find a tablet I had one of theres before a surface and loved it. I decided to get another one. I came In the store no one greets me or even acknowledges me, I was also with my husband. Then another couple came in that was a different race and they not only greeted him but they approached them and asked them if they needed and assistance. I just thought that was very disappointing customer service. There was 6 associates and only 3 of them were actually busy the rest were standing around. We still ended up buying a surface which is amazing and I love it.

For the last two years Ive been dealing with the Microsoft Store of Mall at Millenia. Im really grateful that Jim, Joe, Ivanna and Steve have been able to help me out through the process. Although it doesnt feel like everyone at that store cares, I was grateful that they decided to take my concerns seriously. Theyre top notch and you wont regret working with any of these four.

I was this store checking new tech and as the clock reached 8:59. I was invited to leave the store. The idea that the customer experience is important is non-existent here. I am not coming back!

Came in with a problem on my Surface Pro 3. The store quickly address it and give me a replacement right away. Awesome place, dont know what I wouldve done without my Surface Pro 3!!!
