I visited this store today at 6:45 pm EDT to purchase cokes which were advertised on sale 3 for $10 - the circular states "sale prices effective 4/30 - 5/6 . Today is 5/6 until midnight ot at least until 10 pm when the stire closes. When it was my turn to pay , the cashier told me the item was no longer on sale because the sale ended earlier in the day because the prices changed when she rings it up... What?!?!? This is crooked! False advertisement without a doubt! Shame on you Dollar General! I will never again visit any of your stores and I will make sure everyone knows about your crooked practices. After I left your store I stopped at Family Dollar and at Dollar Tree and inquired about this - these stores honor their advertised sale prices until they close their doors on the end day or they no sold out of the product. If you do not want to honor your advertised special then hide your product - dont end your sale early because that is fraud!
