The worst customer service Ive ever dealt with!!!! Not only are they a third party store, but the manager of the store kept bragging about how great they were and was more interested in showing off their "customer one service" pretend UCF belt and a stupid bear head. The guy was literally pestering me to take a picture with both of the things. Come to find out, after I left, they gave me my brothers cell phone number instead of my own which took a complete day of dealing with customer service all day on the phone. Not only that annoyance but the guy also gave me a phone with less GB than my old phone - so none of my songs or old storage would fit. I was told that I could bring the phone back within two weeks but that doesnt include if you accidentally break the phone, which I did. Went in a couple days later (to the same guy that messed up my phone originally (dont know his name bc he apparently never wears a name tag - apparently for a reason!) and had to resort to leave the network. Only then did he "Remember" that I might have insurance and that I can get a new phone from them, in order to get a bigger GB phone. Seriously, save yourself the hassle and go to the one at Radio Shack. The guys there are a corporate and are actually competent than this store...

Notice: I have written a review for this shop before, but it appears to have been erased! Theyre trying to cover up the terrible work they do no doubt. This location has horrid customer service. I had an issue with my phone, and was told a "technician" would handle it. 3 hours later, I find out that not only are there no "technicians", but the people that do work on the phones (the 16 year old sales reps) dont know what they are doing! They told me theyd order a new phone, but when I come in (they didnt even bother to call me to let me know the phone was in, I had to come in myself and hope it was there), I have the same phone as before! I dealt with the manager directly, and he told me that he wouldnt take responsibility for what his reps were saying. If Sprint tells me that I have to go through the store, and the manager doesnt do anything about, it, Im hosed. They promised me the issue was fixed, but here I am 2 weeks later with the same issue! This store is run by know-it-all kids who dont know ANYTHING about phones, and should be avoided at all costs - theres a few other close sprint stores in the area, go to those ones instead.

I went into this Sprint store to add my sister to my line. The representative Aria told me that she could make my bill cheaper by changing my data plan. I was on a promo 10GB for $40 b/c I switched from TMobile. She said she could change me to unlimited data for cheaper I did not believe her b/c these store reps like to lie to get the sale but I knew about the promo for the unlimited data.. She also informed me that I could get a FREE mobile hotspot but failed to mention the $30 activation fee. I obviously knew about the fee b/c I am already with Sprint but it is the principle. So, I am on my Sprint Account today and I see the added line for the Mobile Hotspot had its own data plan, $52.00 monthly charge. So the FREE mobile hotspot is actually$80+. Why lie to the customers? I understand that you have to make your money but do not lie. You cannot play with peoples money. Now I have to go out of my way to drive from Winter Park back to Altamonte Springs to take this back to and she is going to switch EVERYTHING back b/c this is ridiculous. #TriedIt

Had the worse experience of my life. Spoke to the general manager Alex Coutras not only did he call my wife lazy and a lier but asked me if I wear make up because my ear piece on my phone wasnt working. Brought my daughter in with us and he was looking at her like she was going to break something just because she was walking around, note: she was not touching anything. He treated one of the customer an employee with this disrespect by asksing her why did she tell us to come in the store right in front of us. Like really we came because we have a lease with sprint and have insurance in our phone. He was very sarcastic and nasty when speaking to my wife and I. I will be contacting corporation because I dont think a person with an attitude like should be working for customer service. Nothing he said or did was helpful.

I would have gave them a 0 if I could. The absolute worse service Ive ever experience in a Sprint store. I needed to upgrade my device and was told to do it online. I let the store clerk know that I prefer to see the devices and get info on each before making a purchase. He says he dont know much about the devices and reluctantly begin to help me. I felt like I was bothering him. After a few minutes of being extremely uncomfortable I left. I drove to the Altamonte mall Sprint location to complete my upgrade. Stay far away from this store.

The half off your bill promo lured me in. All the demo phones in the store are dummy phones. I asked if I can try the Iphone SE or some LG phones before buying. They said they dont have any phones in the store. I asked the question- Why have a store if you cant demo the phones before you commit? The answer was- The phones can get stolen. I laughed all the way to tmobile in the plaza next door and tried a phone before buying.

My phones led screen is bleeding can hardly use my phone i just got it a few weeks ago went in to fix it they said id have a new one in 3 to 5 days but tbey never called very poor service when in a week later to try again and still no phone its been over 3 weeks since i went in with the problem called them 2 times and went in the store 3 times and still cant get them to get me a phone or call me very disappointed

Horrible experience this guys have not idea what customer service means, they lied to people to make extra sales on their phone all the time during transaction in special the skinny guy with funny hair you should not be in customer service my friend get better training and dont lied to people you should be fired. I really hope sprint gets this comment and follow up.

These guys are great. I had a problem with my account, and Andrew was very diligent and professional in helping us get our account back in order. We have been a customer of Sprints for over 3 years now and the kind of service we received will keep us a Sprint customer for a very long time. Thank you again to Andrew and all the folks at this store.

This sprint store is by far the best I have ever been in. Ive been with sprint almost 6 years, I was having an issue with my insurance through best buy the employees here helped me more than even best buy did. I dont intend on going anywhere else every single person was so nice, knowledgeable, and went out of their way for their customers.
