PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!! The most rude and under trained Nissan dealership ever, my best friend went to buy a car from here and I couldnt believe what I was hearing from them. 1. Shawn and Ricky G. tried to sell her a car that she didnt even want because it wasnt the right year or color that she saw on the website and asked to see. Constantly asking what her budget was when she had already addressed that multiple times and they kept telling her that they couldnt work with her, they said that a down payment had to be at least $300 so she said she would put down $350. He refused to show her the car that she saw and had wanted but proceed to bring her to a newer more expensive model. Now this model was her dream car so because they were refusing to show her the other one she agreed with this one. Basically they wanted her spending more money. 2. After putting a down payment of $450 and giving up the title for the car that she wanted to trade for $1,000 she had $1,450 to put down all they needed was her father pay subs because he was co-signer but they let her drive off in the car, she even switched her insurance over to them with full coverage. She came back 2 days later to sign some paperwork and they took the car the BACK from her, telling her she couldnt have it until she had her fathers pay stubs. She agreed upon that. 3. She then got the pay stubs and proceeds to call and send a picture of it to Shawn. He then told her that he would send them to the bank and call her back, an hour passed and we had heard nothing from them so we gave them a call to find out that he never even sent them in because his manger had to do so. So we asked to speak to a manager (Ryan Terenzi) or T-Rex as he goes by there. 4. So we speak to Ryan and first he was rude about the whole situation as he sounded annoyed to be talking to her and second off he knew nothing about sending any paperwork in but told her that they would then have to do the whole bank process over again. (Mmmhmmm??) 5. The next day NOT EVEN HER, THEY CALLED HER FATHER, telling him that they no longer wanted to sell her this car because thats not how the bank wanted it. They did say they were going to fully refund her money, of course upset because she had her car and then had it taken back for a period of time then told she couldnt have it at all. 6. Now remember she thought she was getting her car back so she left some stuff in it you know? Its her car, so we went today to pick all that stuff up. FROM THE MOMENT WE WALKED IN, they were rude to us once again, she asked to speak to a manager so she could get her stuff out of the car and figure out everything that was going on, after getting everything out of the car we then asked about the reimbursement and was wondering if that would include that gas that she put into it when she picked it up because it was empty and that she put in to get there that day. Ryan proceeded to fight with us telling us that she should be paying him because she put miles on the car. She asked for his last name and he refused to give it to her telling her that he didnt need to tell her that, so she went and asked someone else. now we were not fighting we were just simply asking about the reimbursement, we ended up just walking out because we didnt want to fight with them. Just sharing the experience that we had, they were very rude and we will not being going back and from the looks of it a lot of people agree a lot of negative reviews I recommend shopping somewhere else, they are also a little overpriced here in my opinion.

About a year ago I bought a car at Barberinos and I was a very satisfied customer. The car is used but I was assured it was brought to a "new" condition when they sold it to me. I brought it back to the service department 2 times for 2 different problems and they never fixed anything and just said that there was nothing worng with the car, that the noises and lack of power are normal ( ????? ). About 2 months ago I went in a trip from CT to FL to visit family and we used the "new" SUV to get there. In FL i went to have the car checked because the brakes were not working properly. The mechanich that changed the brakes showed me the discs of my brakes and they looked like vinyls music discs from the old days... the brakes where NEVER replaced. I called Barberinos very upset and explain what happened, the secretary was very polite and took all my info promissing that John McAvo, the president, will call me shortly. After a week without NOBODY calling me back, i called again. Within an our Mr. McAvo was on the phone and asked me to go there to make a full inspection on the vehicle and that he will receive personally. I went the day and time we agreed and the minute I got there he didnt even received me, I was sent to the "Service Department" the same department that said my car was ok 2 time before. I went over there and was received by a lady that guaranteed that the brakes on the car were new (they changed the pads but not the discs), they wanted me to leave the car there for a whole day and due to my type of work I needed some planning for that. We agreed she would call me in the next few hours or the next day to find out if a Saturday would be possible. She explained that I bought an extended warranty and my car is still under it, that is not that they did not wanted to fix the problem because "nobody turns down work, specially when is paid by the insurance" she said. After a whole week I called again beeing very agraviated because it was a week and nobody have called me, NO BODY CARED !!! Coincidentially the "Customer Service Manager" picked the phone and after listening part of the situation she didnt even let me talk and started saying that Barberino will pay 50% of my repairs as per John McAvo and her, WHAT BILL ??? My car still under warranty !!!! she cut me off and just said she will transfer me to the "Service Department" (Do you notice the pattern here) and will tell them personally that they will cover 50%. Barberino... I DONT WANT ANY DISCOUNT !!!, I DONT WANT ANY MONEY BACK FOR MY REPAIR EXPENSES WHILE IN FLORIDA, I DONT WANT ANYTHING FREE !!!!.... All I wanted is nothing else but answers to why my car was not working properly and a full check up to prevent future problems. Now after the holidays Im planning on replace my existing SUV for another one, the car I have in mind is a Nissan Pathfinder (I love it) but will not be from you.

Worst dealership experience. I went there with intentions of trading in my lancer I was taken care of by a black gentleman( crook in a suit and tie) Carl or something of that manner. Tells me in order to take the trade in I would have to choose one of the more expensive cars on the lot which we agreed to as long as they were taking in the trade in. They told us we could only choose out of two cars they picked out my wife proceeds to ask the jentleman for the car fax he ignores her all 5 times. Then she spots a scratch on the bumper and ask them to fix it and the guy tells her its nothing dont worry about it. After we finish signing the paperwork I go to hand them the keys to my old car the guy informs me they couldnt take the trade. So now the salesman tells me to call the bank to pick my old car up that it would only affect me credit for a year. I proceed to call my bank and they inform me that the information the crook I mean salesman was false and my credit would b ruined for 7 years so I was forced to stay with booth cars which I now have to spend 950 car pAyments a month now counting the full coverage required. 3 months later I go to Fairfield Nissan for an oil changed where I am informed that the vehicle has been in a accident which explains y they wouldnt give us a car fax let alone in those three months the small scratch turned into a foot long and foot wide black spot on my bumper from the pealed paint. Now today I attempted to buy a new vehicle at a different dealer they informed me they couldnt take my car unfortunately he tells me I was charged 10,000 more than what the cars actual value is so not only did Barbarino screw me once they screwed me 3 times thanks for ruining my credit and destroying my hopes of my dream car cause thanks to u I had to drive back of the lot with the worthless vehicle u sold me. I commend u Barbarino robbing and screwing ure customers is the way to go
