Worst place ever. They sell broken cars and hang up on customers. They called me rude and told me that I had to have my mechanic fix the car.. that I have had for 5 days. They took it back for about 3 of those days to fix the trans. Trans is still not shifting correctly, and the radiator (that they apparently fixed) is now leaking...AGAIN. I figured to try them even with the negative reviews BUT DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME! DO NOT BUY A USED CAR THROUGH THEM!!!!

Complete rip off. Bought a nissan altima from 2003 and supposedly nothing wrong with it but EVERY THING IS WRONG WITH IT. IVE PUT MORE MONEY INTO THE CAR THAN IT COST!! Now my car is not working and its only been 2 years. Never buy a car here they will tell you its MINT CONDITION and then youll find all the mess later. Terribly disappointed. I wish I can get my money back cause i purchased the worst car EVER

WOW!!! WHAT A TRUE FAMILY OWNED DEALERSHIP, NOT ONLY WERE THEY FAIR TO ME ON MY TRADE AND THE PRICE OF THE CAR BUT THEY TREATED ME WITH RESPECT EVEN THOUGH I HAD CREDIT TROUBLES AND EVERYONE ELSE I WENT TO IN NEW BRITAIN AND PLAINVILLE TREATED ME LIKE A NUMBER, A STATISTIC, A NO GOOD PERSON. I felt comfortable right away gave me a good deal with no money down. Let me test drive the car all the way to my job because I had no ride because my car couldnt be fixed. And Lisa was very nice and helpful . Its a family business . I will always go to them when its time to buy a new car.
