This is the easiest car experience I have ever had. Enterprise Rental has a slick operation. I happened to have my car declared a total loss after an accident and went to extend my rental while I looked for a car mentioning the situation. Two hours after I went to rearrange my contract I got a call from Enterprise Car Sales. I suspect this is common practice for them. While I was a tad annoyed at their sales tactics I went in anyway because they had exactly the car I was looking for. It was sitting on the lot when I came in and three days later after working out some of the details I drove the car home. True to their word its a no haggle experience. The car price was exactly where I would have tried to get it down to. They have a sweet deal on a warranty and roadside protection plan and the sales managers are hard nosed about getting you the best financing. I was actually approved without a down payment. The sales people there are really nice and responsive will work with you even after the sale if their are issues. I havent given them five stars simply because if you live in MA and happen to come down for the car you are going to be waiting for the registration. They waited until the last possible minute to send someone up to get it registered so I was driving for a week without a registration and inspection. Even so I would still recommend them and I am keeping them in mind for future purchases.

I had a fantastic experience here at Enterprise. I recently received my drivers license and I rented a car from them earlier this month. I have been in the market looking for cars for a while. A colleague of mine referred me to Enterprise since she bought a car from them a few years ago. I got in touch with a gentleman named RoAce who sent me an email package of cars that I may find suitable. Upon review I got in contact with RoAce again to set up a time to meet and discuss my options. My parents and I met another gentleman named Dashawn and Terrance who were PHENOMINAL in helping me get my first car. One thing that they emphasize is that they do not pressure you into a sale, they work with you to find the best car that not only fits your budget, but your lifestyle and your needs. I went to Enterprise with the intention of just looking and information gathering, but a few hours, signatures and hilarious jokes later I drove off the lot with my very first car! I highly recommend first timers to check out Enterprise. They are very knowledgeable as well as friendly and they will work with you!

Buying a car at Enterprise is a great way to do it. Its great to go in, transfer plates, line up financing and drive the car off the lot. But the way they go about registering the car needs serious work. When I bought the car on May 26, I was told that Enterprise would register the car for me and send me an e-mail with the completed registration as an attachment that I could print out; it would be perfectly valid. It is now June 2, and still no e-mail. I called on June 1 and was told someone would go to Massachusetts RMV to register, and once they returned, the document would be scanned and e-mailed. Im kind of nervous about all of this because I cant get an Inspection Sticker for the car without the registration. Im totally paranoid about being pulled over for no inspection sticker. I had the option of printing out a registration document from my insurance companys web site and taking it to the RMV myself, but was talked out of it. If I had it to do all over, thats what I would have done. So, do your own registration because youll get it in a more timely manner.

I was without a car for two years, and i really couldnt afford a car because I am a single mother, and at the time I was unemployed. I went to so many different car dealerships, but what they offered me I couldnt afford or I just didnt like the vehicles. I had begun to speak with an enterprise car sales rep back in September... I finally went in the first week of May. Right when I walked in the door the friendly, amazing staff greeted my aunt, uncle and myself. They offered us beverages and they were literally having conversations with us. To make a long story short Bri and her manager made sure I walked out of there with a car that i could afford; and that was reliable for my two year old and myself. They worked with different credit unions to get me the best deal... NO MONEY DOWN 3.5 APR WAS WHAT I RECEIVED! I WILL FOREVER AFFILIATE WITH ENTERPRISE CAR SALES FOR ANY VEHICLE THAT I WILL PURCHASE!!!

This was absolutely the best car buying experience we have ever had! My husband was in a car accident in which his car is totaled therefore we needed another car right away. As soon as we entered the shop we felt welcomed and at ease. Jhonathan Sanchez is absolutely the best!! He made us feel comfortable and confident they would be able to help us. He asked my husband about some of the features that he wanted and a list of things that were a must such as 4X4. Jhonathan also asked us what was our budget. He helped us find the exact vehicle my husband wanted- a Cherokee Jeep 4X4 and within his price range. The finance managers were great as well and got us an approval in record time. They knew our circumstance and worked diligently with us. I highly recommend Enterprise for your next car, especially Jhonathan. We will definitely be back for my next vehicle.

Wonderful staff willing to make you happy. They are very considerate and passionate. They want to see you smile behind the steering wheel of that new car youve always wanted. I bought my second car from them recently and the whole experience was just amazing as it was the first time. Brianne who has help me and my entire family into new cars is very knowledgeable about all the cars she sells and all the services provided. Always very happy and is always excited to make you happy. Matt who has helped me and the family get the lowest interest rate and is always a phone call away, To help you with a loan if you need it. He is respectful and works very hard to get what you want. The young man whom helped me with the purchase of the Enterprise auto was very professional and responsive in communications whether it was via phone or mostly through e-mails which worked out to be the preferred. Mr. Dashawn Wingate answered every e-mail that I forwarded and kept me informed with the availability of on-site inventory as well as my first choice with various available selections. He related his daily schedule and was willing to make himself available if necessary and change his routine. I will recommend his services to anyone whom is interested in the purchase of a vehicle. The East Hartford location has been my first choice of many dealers in several instances because of the assistance that is provided and the helpful staff.
