The absolute best place to buy your athletic shoes and gear. The staff is extremely knowledgeable with present and former coaches of numerous sports there to assist you. The owner, Greg Baum has been a coach, runner, teacher, businessman and valuable member of the Red Lion and York communities for many years. I have coached cross country and track for 15 years and I cannot even begin to tell you how much Greg and his staff have helped me and countless athletes over the years. ALL of my teams have always purchased their shoes from Flying Feet (as have I) and now that my own son is running there is no one else with whom Id trust his footwear needs. Going to Flying Feet will not only be your best athletic shopping experience ever but youll also be supporting some of the best people you could ever hope to meet.

Has potential but some associates dont thrive off of customer service. Came here to get a new pair of shoes. Got helped by a heavier set woman (think shes part of the owning family) Never had a worst retail experience. She wasnt even trying to hide that she was rude, she was just down right rude. Will never return here and it sucks because this is one of the only stores in York that targets running shoes. You can find better prices online, and surely better help somewhere else. Also dealt with the owner through my job... not a very nice guy to say the least. He threatened management at my work. I will say if you have any questions, give them a call because some associates are very knowledgable. Thats what gives them their 1 star.

My wife and I went and bought our Vibram Five Fingers at this store. I cant speak for fitting or knowledge since my wife and I were already running in Vibrams previously and knew our size. The staff was friendly and attentive and I was surprised at the prices at least for our vibrams. They were cheaper than buying directly from Vibram website, that and they had a great selection of styles and colors.

Great experience as a first time runner who doesnt know a thing about what I needed in a running shoe. They were patient and took time to get me fitted for that best shoe for me. Even on a busy afternoon I didnt feel rushed and they had me run on a treadmill in both shoes to make sure the investment I was making was the right one. Will be back for sure!

Such a great place! Plenty of selection and best of all personalized service. I went in to get shoes for work having no idea what I needed. The employee was well educated in the merchandise and was extremely helpful explaining not only what I needed and why, but they actually will tell you the shape of your foot! Such a great experience!

The best. Prices are on par with Amazon and other internet sites. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The only running shoes I dont buy here are online closeouts of shoes identical to what I bought here (so I know the fit) or sometimes something from an expo. In addition to running they cater to swimming, wrestling, and other sports.

Best shoe store for athletic shoes. Ever. They have every conceivable brand on the market in varying widths and colors. The service is top notch, who helped me find the perfect sneaker for my specific needs. The prices are better than Amazon, or the local brick and mortar competitors. Well worth a 40 minute drive.

For years, I have only bought running shoes from Greg or flying feet. However, today, when I called the store for my sons equipment, I was incorrectly told there was "no such thing" as lacrosse cleats. Please please please educate your staff and stay current with the sports trends in York County.
