Visited Catholic Shop to shop for gifts and books a year or so ago, so this is late review :-(. The Catholic Shop has a well stocked CD and DVD collection, but no Gregorian Chant music, which would have been nice addition.They have a variety of pre-Vatican II books, a lot of Catholic art and picture frames at reasonable prices, and items for First Holy Communion and the other Sacraments. The store staff were very helpful and friendly, which made it easy to shop there. Parking is on the street in downtown Madeira. Will definitely visit again! + In JMJ +

Terrific little shop in downtown Madeira, an east-side suburb of Cincinnati. Lots of books from orthodox Catholic publishers like Ignatius Press and Our Sunday Visitor and plenty of Catholic-themed gift items. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, and the nearby St. Gertrude parish makes a trip to The Catholic Shop part of a nice afternoon pilgrimage. Highly recommended.

I purchased some "Just Say Merry Christmas Bracelets" on Christmas of last year. Here it is March and I still havent received them yet. I have a receipt and have talked to a representative 3 times. left 2 messages, but am still waiting... The last time I talked to a live person was at least 2 weeks ago. If you order anything via the web, dont expect to get it!
