I went to the S. Cooper branch in Arlington. I must say, if I could give a 0, I would, and I will go even lower. I had the WORST experience ever. I was misinformed with regards to alot of things and if I had known that MCMC was ok with their management team deliberately insulting and belittling their customers and not giving them any options with regards to leasing a vehicle I would not have wasted my time. I understand certain circumstances cant be fully interpreted when approved over the phone or online and I was ok with that. Its the fact that after the sales associate Thierry stayed with me and waited for a whole hour on a approval response from corporate, saying I should receive a phone call within 10 minutes (which I never received by the way) and then awkwardly walking to the back without any warning, leaving me for a good 20 minutes and then here comes MARK, the most unwelcoming, disrespectful, and unprofessional manager I have ever met in my entire life. Im sorry, Mark but being a manager myself, if you were on my team, you would been let go a VERY long time ago. Mark had the nerve to ask me how much I wanted to pay without even explaining what options I had. I said well what I can do, what kind of car can I get, what am I approved for? He simply said " Sorry I dont think you know this but we work in reverse here at MCMC, so how much money do you have on you today?" I said I wouldnt be answering that because it was unnecessary and I would need to know what would my options be. He said can you pay 1000 dollars today? I said thats too much to put down on a car and can he go any lower, he says , and I quote " NOPE, SORRY, BEST OF LUCK TO YOU" and then ushers me to the door. I have NEVER been treated in such a way my entire life, especially after driving down there for an HOUR and then waiting there for another hour in order to belittled by some incompetent fresh out of training used car dealership manager. Do yourself a favor, MCMC, find yourself a better team. Thierry was actually helpful but he seemed quite hesitant when I asked him certain questions. And for your information, Mark, if someones passes this down to you, if I was happy with the service and you worked with me I would have ended up making a down payment and leaving with a car that same day and that was my plan. You lost Thierry and yourself a customer. So thanks but no thanks.

I think this is a Superb Company that offers Newer Great looking and running cars to Everyone. Especially those with bad credit. Its a stepping stone to build your credit. The payments are high but for those with troubled credit, thats a given. Just pay more toward the principal and that will help pay off the car quickly and get rid of that high interest. The staff is very friendly and they try to get you in and out quickly, knowing many people are super busy and may have driven from out of town to buy a car. I love how quickly they get you approved and explain everything in detail .They make you feel comfortable. James King called me quite a few times before I actually made it to Arlington. If he had not called and texted the many times he did, Honestly I probably would not have gone. I had many people calling me but for some reason he stuck out. I guess because he would text and say, Come Get Your Car! Lol.... .... He also said , dont worry about your credit, just get here, we will be able to help you. That made me feel confident and eager to drive an hour on my day off to talk to James. He contacted me a lot but he was not a bug. He would say, come when you have free time. Im here waiting for you. I really loved that about him. Well needless to say, my brother bought his car there, he referred me to James and now I am rolling ! I have a Classy, Sleek and Sexy Chrysler 200. I Love It! Go to MCMC, You will not be disappointed, Trust Me! Yes and Im Building my Credit back to an A+.

This was my 3rd car to buy from MCMC and by far was my best experience. My sales rep James was wonderful and he was helpful through my crazy shopping. I looked at probably 20 cars and test drive 6. He was courteous and patient with me through it all. Unfortunately days after I buy the car my check engine light is on my vehicle is running rough and when I called the dealership it went from being helpful and courteous to sounding like a machine repeating the same thing over and over and over again about the service department and how theyre not open on the weekends but give them a call on Monday. I understand that is not the salesmans fault but this will be my third vehicle from them and it is my third one that within days of driving off the lot has had mechanical failures.I would avoid this place and less you have no other choice because most of the time youre gonna wind up like I did with the vehicle that has problems and absolutely nothing you can do about it other than be without a car while they try to fix it or hear the same sad excuses. There is no reason why a vehicle with 40,000 miles on it should have a mechanical issue in less there just duds to begin with. And fortunately in my case I fell for the wear a much better why things have drastically improve the wine that I got from the sales manager and when I hadnt came and gave them another chance to prove to me that things were better and in my case unfortunately they were not .

Come see Pablo Larios very professional when others said no they said yes I walked out with a nice reliable car! That was my review in January when I purchased the car ask me my review today in March its a different story I thought I was purchasing a nice RELIABLE car but thats not the case the transmission is slipping the car jerks a lot and the car stopped on me at work causing me to miss the rest of the day at work and spending money on Uber to get home and paying for a new battery for the car after I just made a car payment and after they got my down payment, my business the good customer service went out the window! I didnt expect to pay for repairs this soon after getting a new car! Please go somewhere else dont shop here they couldnt pay me any amount of money to refer anybody to this place.

I was car shopping all over the place I was referred to MCMC thats the day I spoke with Elvis he provided me with lots of information we did my approval but I wanted to shop around some more before making my final decision. I went to so many car places it was becoming frustrating and just before I gave up I decided to check back with MCMC because they had one of the vehicles I was interested in purchasing. Ray brought in the vehicle gave me a call told me it was ready and I finalized everything with Thierry. Everyone was super friendly great customer service and team work they all made my experience worth saving the best for last now I can enjoy my new nissan altima I Love It and so does my Daughter. Thank You Guys so Much
